摘    要:目的优选伴抗宁口服液的闪式提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以苯酚-硫酸比色法测定总多糖的含量为评价指标。采用闪式提取法提取中药材。结果伴抗宁口服液的最佳闪式提取工艺条件为药材用12倍量的水浸泡3 h,提取时间为1 m in,提取电压180 V。供试品平均回收率为99.27%(n=5),RSD%为1.37。结论伴抗宁口服液的提取工艺方法经济、简单、稳定,可行质量可控。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the flash extract technology of Bankangning oral liquid.Method An orthogonal design was applied. Content of polysaccharide determined by Phenol-sulfuric method was used as the marker of detection.Result The optimum process for flash extract technology of Bankangning oral liquid were as follows: the medicinal materials was soaked for 3 h with 12 folds amount of water and extracted by flash extractor for 1 min at the voltage of 180 V. The average recovery rate of polysaccharide was 99.27% with RSD of 1.37% (n=5). Conclusion The optimum technology of Bankangning oral liquid is simple, cost-effective, stable and efficient with the quality being controllable.
