大熊猫肠道正常菌群降解纤维素的机制

摘    要:大熊猫的主食竹类粗纤维含量很高,而大熊猫自身的消化系统不能降解纤维素。现已从大熊猫的肠道正常菌群中鉴定出涵盖7个菌门的22种菌,相关的研究证明大熊猫的肠道正常菌群能降解纤维素。大熊猫肠道中的假单胞菌产生的漆酶能对竹纤维中的木质素进行氧化,使纤维素得以暴露,梭菌属、淀粉芽胞杆菌等产生的纤维素酶将其降解成大熊猫可利用的糖类。其具体机制有待进一步研究。

Abstract:The giant panda has a diet consisting exclusively of bamboo which contains high crude cellulose, while they can' t digest the cellulose of bamboo on their own. Currently, 22 species of bacteria belonging to 7 bacterial phyla were found from the giant panda gut microbiome. Several researches have proved that the microbes in the gi- ant panda intestines can break down cellulose. Laecase is a lignolysis-related enzyme produced by Pseudomonas, which can oxidize lignin and lead to the release of cellulose. Then cellulose can be degraded to available carbohy- drates under the action of cellulase produced by Fusobacterium, Bacillus Amylobacter and so on. The specific mech- anism of cellulose digestion needs be further studied.
