| Abstract: | Parathyroid hormone related protein(PTHrP) is one of the major factors that causes humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy(HHM).It may act on the target organs of parathyroid hormone as a autocrine and/or paracrine.It is important for diagnosis and treating of HHM by studying on the function,method of detection and elimination of PTHrP.A review on the research results in this field has been presented here. |
