| 摘 要： | 疫苗的生产工艺对保证疫苗的质量起着重要的作用,尤其是对生产过程中一些指标的量化显得更为重要。试验的设计分别考察了细胞接种量,细胞培养时间和离心机纯化样品的蛋白含量等因素对疫苗质量所产生的影响。结果显示,对以上指标的控制的最佳量化是接种量3~7×107/瓶,培养时间6 d,样品蛋白含量2000~2500μg/m l。产品质量稳定。

| Abstract: | Production technology plays a crucial role in vaccine preparation.The investigation was carried out for some quantified indexes in production process,such as the cell amount of inoculation,the cultivation time for cell culture and the protein content in preparation for centrifugation,which have great influences on the qualities of vaccines.The results showed the obtained optimal quantified indexes as follows.The cell amount for inoculation is 3-5×10~(7) cells per bottle;the suitable time is 6 days and the protein content for centrifugation is 2000-2500μg per ml. |
