| Abstract: | wo mixed primer sets
for HSV and CMV were used to specially amplify its target sequences in one PCR reaction tube.
The results are in the line with that of one primer set PCR for each virus. Eight clinical urine
samples were detected by this method. The reaction protocol, parameter of the cycles and the
proportion of DMSO were evaluated for the optimization of PCR. This assay can be used to screen
the HSV and CMV infection. |
