红酵母RY—981类胡萝卜素发酵助剂的研究

摘    要:通过探索几种促进剂和前体对红酵母RY-981类胡萝卜素发酵的影响,从中选出了番茄汁和花生油2种对红酵母生长及其类胡萝卜素合成具有显著促进作用的发酵助剂,并确定了适宜的用量。应用试验和发酵过程动态分析表明,这2种发酵助剂增产效果明显(当同时添加番茄汁2.6mL/L和花生油1ml/L时,菌体量、类胡萝卜素含量和产量可分别比对照组提高53.13%、20.29%和84.07%),且对发酵过程菌体生长及生理代谢规律无不良影响。

Abstract:The effects of some additives on the growth, carotenoids content and yield of Rhodotorula RY-981 were studied. The results showed that the suitable concentrations of tomato juice and peanut oil could obviously increase the biomass and the biosynthesis of carotenoids from this strain. When the tomato juice of 2. 6mL/L and peanut oil of 1mL/L were added in the media, the cell biomass, carotenoids content in the cells and the yield of carotenoids fermentation could be increased by 53. 13% ,20.29% and 84.07% in proper order. In terms of the results, tomato juice and peanut oil belong to two kinds of very important prtamt promotor to carotenoids fermentation by Rhodotorula.
