| 摘 要： | 右旋美托咪啶是一种高选择性仪2肾上腺素能受体激动剂，具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑、减少麻醉药物及阿片类药物用量、抑制交感活性、稳定血流动力学等作用。研究表明右旋美托咪啶在小儿诊断和治疗中有良好的应用效果，本文将就此进行综述。

| Abstract: | Dexmedetomidine is a highly selective c~2-adrenoceptor agonist, which possesses sedation, analgesia, anti-anxiety, spares anesthetic and opioid requirements, decreases sympathetic tone, and stabilizes hemodynamics. Studies have shown that dexmedet- omidine has a good application efficacy during diagnosis and treatment of pediatric patients, which will be reviewed in this article. |
