阴道镜检查在宫颈病变诊断中的价值

目的：探究阴道镜在宫颈病变诊断中的临床价值，为宫颈病变的临床诊断提供理论依据。方法：采用随机数字袁法将226例患者分为两组，对照组行常规检查后再行病理活检，观察组行阴道镜检查后再行病理活检，比较两组的检查结果，探讨阴道镜的诊断效果。结果：观察组的病理活检阳性检出率高于对照组，P〈0．05，临床检查结果为观察组检查的敏感度、特异度和准确率均高于对照组，P〈0．05。结论：阴道镜对子宫颈病变的临床诊断具有不可替代的作用，且阴道镜的检查具有无创性、可重复性，能够动态反映患者的病情，已成为防治子宫颈癌变的重要方式之一，同时在一定程度上提高了病理活检的阳性率，联合检查可显著提高CIN和宫颈癌早期的诊断水平，减少误漏诊，为临床治疗宫颈病变提供了可靠的依据，值得临床推广。

Diagnostic Value of Colposcopy in Cervical Lesions

Objective：To explore the clinical value of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical lesions, and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods： 226 patients were divided into two groups by random number table, then control group received biopsy after routine examination, and observation group received biopsy after colposcopy. Test results of two groups were compared, and the effect of colposcopy diagnosis was explored. Results： Biopsy positive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Clinical examination results of the observation group to check the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were higher than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： It has an irreplaceable role in clinical diagnosis of colposcopy in cervical lesions, and colposcopic examination is non-invasive, repeatable, can dynamically reflect the patient＇s condition, has become one of the important ways to prevent cervical cancer, and improve the positive rate of biopsy in a certain extent, can significantly improve the joint inspection diagnosis of CIN and cervical cancer early, reduce misdiagnosis, and provide a reliable basis for the clinical treatment of cervical lesions, is worth the clinical promotion.
