| 摘 要： | 摘要目的：通过大样本临床调查，初步分析小儿喉乳头瘤状病相关因素的规律。方法：对116例患儿进行临床流行病调查，进行多种因素（年龄、性别、地域、复发时间等）的分层研究。结果：患儿性别差异并不十分明显，首发年龄的峰值，出现在1岁和3岁，患儿平均发病天数多集中在1～3个月，发病地域多集中在经济欠发达省份的区县和乡村地区。结论：本病首发年龄偏早，平均复发天数较短。其主要原因是由于本国经济水平较发达国家落后，防病治病意识较淡所造成。

| Abstract: | Objective： This study analyzes the law of JORRP relevant factors with the clinical investigation of the large sample. Methods： This study investigated 116 cases of children with a variety of factors （Age, gender, geography, time to recurrence）. Results： Gender differences in children is not very obvious, the first age peak age of 1 year and 3-year-old children with an average incidence of the number of days is mostly concentrated in 1-3 months, the incidence of geographical mostly concentrated in the economically underdeveloped provinces, counties and rural areas. Conclusion： The disease is starting at early age, with an average recurrence of the number of days shorter. The level of the national economy more developed countries lag behind as well as poor awareness of preventing and curing diseases caused by this situation. |
