| 摘 要： | 摘要目的：比较超声造影（CEUS）和增强CT（CECT）鉴别诊断肾实质性恶性肿瘤的临床价值。方法：将93例肾脏肿瘤患者分别给予CEUS与CECT检查，将诊断结果与病理检查结果作对照，比较两种诊断方法的敏感度、特异度和准确率。结果：两种诊断方法的特异度无显著差异，P〉0．05；而CEUS对肾脏恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感度及准确率均显著优于CECT，P〈0．05。结论：CEUS在鉴别诊断肾实质性肿瘤方面较CECT在敏感度和准确率上具有一定的优势，临床上二者联合应用可优势互补，提高肾脏肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study and compare the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography （CEUS） and enhanced CT （CECT） in differential diagnosis of renal tumors. Methods： 93 cases of renal tumor were given CEUS and CECT examination, and the diagnosis was compared with pathology results. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the two diagnostic methods were compared. Results： The specificity of the two diagnostic methods had no significant difference, P〉0.05; while the sensitivity and accuracy rate of CEUS diagnosis to the renal malignant tumor were significantly better than that of CECT, P〈0.05. Conclusion： CEUS has some advantages in sensitivity and accuracy in the differential diagnosis of renal parenchymal tumors than the CECT. Combination of the two methods can achieve complementary advantages, so that can enhance the value of differential diagnosis of renal tumors. |
