摘    要:一足致炎大鼠对侧非致炎足的痛阈出现显著降低、不变和显著升高三种变化;分别结扎致炎与非致炎侧大隐静脉后,这三种变化均有所降低。结果提示,致炎足产生的体液因素参与健侧足出现的镇痛过程。

Abstract:Experiments were performed on 50 female Wistar rats. Inflammation was induced by ca-rrageenin injection in one paw of each animal. Pain threshold (PT) was measured before the injection at 0' (baseline PT) and at 30' and 60' after the injection. The saphenous vein in injected or non-injected side was ligated immediately following the PT measurement at 60'. The measurement was continued after the ligation at 120', 150', and 180' since the carrageenin injection.A significant decrease, unchanging, and significant increase in pain threshold (PT) in the contralateral non-inflamed paws occured after one paw had been inflamed. These three directions of PT change tended to be decreased following ligation of ipsi-and contralateral sa-phenous vein. The results indicate that humoral factor(s) generated in the inflamed paws may contribute to the analgesic action in the contralateral non-inflamed ones.
