斯氏油脂酵母降解百草枯的效率及影响因素

摘    要:本文研究了温度、pH值、葡萄糖浓度对斯氏油脂酵母降解百草枯的影响。结果表明在温度为30℃,pH值6~7,葡萄糖浓度大于6%的培养条件下,斯氏油脂酵母降解百草枯的效率最高。斯氏油脂酵母在无氮培养基中的生长速度与百草枯的降解效率呈正相关。
