| 摘 要： | 从来源于极地的微生物中筛选得到一株产海藻糖合成酶的耐冷细菌S1，通过形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征及16S rRNA基因序列分析，初步鉴定该菌为恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida)。

| Abstract: | A strain of bacteria S1 for producing trehalose synthase was screened from microorganisms in polar region.The strain was identified as Pseudomonas putida according to its morphology,cultural properties,physiological characteristics and 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequence. |
