正常和异常的人精浆中甘油-3-磷酸胆碱、总唾液酸及化学元素含量的比较研究

摘    要:用酶法和过碘酸 -硫代巴比妥酸法对正常男性和异常男性患者精浆甘油 3 磷酸胆碱(GPC)、总唾液酸 (TSA)量进行了测定 .通过电感耦合等离子直读光谱仪 (ICP)测定精浆中多种化学元素的含量 .结果表明 :正常男性与异常男性患者精浆中GPC的含量有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5) ;正常男性与异常男性患者精浆中TSA的含量无显著性差异 ;正常男性与异常男性患者精浆中钙、镁、磷、硒和锌元素的含量具有显著差异 ,而正常男性与异常男性患者精浆中铝、钡、铁和铅元素的含量无显著差异 .这些结果提示精浆中GPC、钙、镁、磷、硒和锌元素的含量可能与男性不育有关 ,而精浆中TSA、铝、钡、铁和铅元素与男性不育关系还需进一步探讨 .

Abstract:In male reproductive system,the Glycerol 3 phosphorylchdine (GPC) and total sialic acid (TSA) are synthesized and secreted by the epididymal epithelium. Their levels in seminal plasma may influence maturation of spermatozoa in the epididymis and be involved in the secretion of epididymal epithelium. In this paper,the levels of GPC and TSA were estimated in seminal plasma from Chinese whose semen examinations were found normal or abnormal male. The results showed significant differences in GPC levels between normal and abnormal male (P<0 05). No significant difference was found in TSA levels between normal and abnormal male. This suggests that different levels of GPC in seminal plasma may be associated with the male infertility. The concentrations of several chemical elements in seminal plasma were also measured by the method of inductive coupled plasma spectrograph (ICP). There are significant differences in levels of some chemical elements such as Ca,Mg,P,Se and Zn between normal and abnormal male,but more studies are needed to investigate relationship between chemical elements and male infertility.
