| 摘 要： | 测定了胶东地区３～５年生西洋参中氨基酸和总皂甙含量的变化情况，结果显示：氨基酸含量侧根高于主根；在同龄参中１０月采收样品氨基酸含量最高；总皂甙含量依次为则根和须根＞叶＞主根＞茎。

| Abstract: | The content of amino acids and total saponarin in 3-5years old American ginseng growing in jiao dong area were determined. It was found that the content of amino acids in side root was higher than that in main root;the content of amino acid in ginseng root havested in October was the highest. The content of total saponarin decreased in the following order: side and beard root>leaf>main root>stem. |
