| 摘 要： | 研究牛磺酸对蟾蜍离体心脏活动及蝌蚪抗缺氧能力的影响。结果表明 :在气温为 (2 0± 1)℃时 ,浓度为 5g·L- 1 ,10g·L- 1 的牛磺酸任氏液使离体心脏跳动时间明显延长 (p <0 .0 5 ) ,浓度为 1g·L- 1 、5g·L- 1 的牛磺酸水溶液对蝌蚪抗缺氧能力有极显著 (p <0 .0 1)、显著 (p <0 .0 5 )改善

| Abstract: | Effect of taurine on activity of isolated heart of toad and anti-anoxia ability of tadpole was studied. Results showed that activity of isolated heart of toad obviously prolonged at air temperature of (20±1)℃ and taurine of 5g·L -1 and 10g·L -1 ranger solution(p<0.05). Taurine of 1g·L -1 and 5g·L -1 water improved antianoxia ability of tadpole most remarkably(p<0.01) and remarkably( p<0.05). |
