摘    要:用1株拮抗放线菌培养液的不同浓度稀释液对高粱、小麦、辣椒、番茄、黄瓜5种不同作物进行皿内沙培试验,分别对供试作物的出苗时间、出苗率、根长、苗高、鲜重5项指标进行测定。实验结果显示,药样的高浓度稀释液(稀释200倍)对供试作物的各项测试指标均有较明显的抑制作用;中等浓度稀释液(稀释400倍)对辣椒、番茄和黄瓜均有一定的抑制作用;低浓度稀释液(稀释600倍)则对辣椒和番茄有抑制作用。由此结果可以看出该培养液对单子叶作物是安全的,但对双子叶作物则要慎用。

Abstract:Different dilution of antagonistic Actinomyces strain's culture fluid was used to carry out sand culture testing of five different crops (sorghum, wheat, hot pepper, tomato, and cucumber) on Petri dishes. Physiological indices including the rate of sprout, length, height of seedlings, and fresh weight were measured. The results showed that high concentration of the fluid (diluted for 200 times) could restrain the growth of all those five crops, medium concentration (diluted for 400 times) hot pepper, tomato, and cucumber, while low concentration (diluted for 600 times) hot pepper, and tomato. Therefore, the culture fluid is safe for monocotyledon but not safe for dicotyledon.
