| 摘 要： | ＨＢｓＡｇｐｒｅＳ１（２１－４７）肽参与乙肝病毒与肝细胞受体的结合。我们用固相法合成了ＨＢｓＡｇｐｒｅＳ１（２０－４７）２８肽，并用此肽与ＢＳＡ的偶联物免疫家兔；抗血清经亲和层析纯化后，得到了高纯度、高活力及专一性的抗ＨＢｓＡｇｐｒｅＳ１（２０－４７）多抗，它能成功地用于基因工程表达产物及病人血清中的ＰｒｅＳ１抗原的检测。

| Abstract: | RBsAg Pre-S1 (21-47) mediates the attachment of HBV to human hepatocytes.A peptide corresponding to the RBsAg pre-S1 (20-47) of subtype adr was synthesized by the conventional solid phase method. Polyclonal antibodies,induced by the peptide-BSA conjugates in rabbit, were purified by affinity chromatography. The affinity-purified polyclonal antibodies, which have high purity, activity and specificity, has been successfully used in detecting natural pre-S1 antigens in the serum of patients and the recombinant fused HBsAg vaccines containing pre-S1 antigen. |
