芪参益气滴丸对慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效分析

目的:探讨芪参益气滴丸对慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:收集在我院就诊或住院治疗的60例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者给予贝那普利片10mg/次,1次/d;呋塞米片20mg/次,1次/d;美托洛尔缓释片23.75mg/次,1次/d;阿托伐他汀片20mg/次,1次/d;地高辛0.125mg/次,1次/d;阿司匹林肠溶片100mg/次,1次/d;单硝酸异山梨酯片20mg/次,1次/d;实验组患者在对照组基础上以及芪参益气滴丸,一次1袋,3次/d,疗程均为4周。治疗前后,对患者的血清NT-BNP、hs-CRP、cTnI水平进行检测并比较。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后血清NT-BNP、hs-CRP、cTnI水平均显著下降(P0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者血清NT-BNP、hs-CRP、cTnI水平较低,临床治疗总有效率较高(P0.05)。结论:芪参益气滴丸能降低慢性心力衰竭患者血清NT-BNP、hs-CRP、cTnI水平,临床疗效较好,对临床有指导意义。

A Study on the Effect of Qishenyiqi Pills on Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

The serum NT-BNP, patients with hs-CRP, cTn I levels were detected and compared.Results:Compared with before treatment, after treatment in patients with serumNT-BNP, hs CRP, cTnI water decreased (P<0.05); compared with the control group, patients in the experimental group the serumNT-BNP, hs CRP, cTnI level is low, clinical treatment, the total effective rate was higher (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Qi Shen Qi pill can reduce the serumlevels of BNP - hs-CRP, cTn, I NT in patients with chronic heart failure, the clinical efficacy is good, it has guiding significance for clinical.
