胰腺导管内乳头状粘液性肿瘤诊治相关进展

胰腺导管内乳头状黏液瘤（Intraductalpapillarymucinousneoplasm，IPMN）是由胰腺导管内产生粘液的上皮细胞呈乳头状增殖形成的低度恶性肿瘤。其生长缓慢、临床表现多样、命名及分型标准复杂混乱、影像学具有一定的特征且检查手段众多、治疗需采用不同方案。因此，本文从临床特征、病理分型及生物学行为、影像特征及影像诊断方法、治疗及预后等方面就其相关进展进行综述。

Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasm of Pancreas

Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm （IPMN） is a spectrum ofneoplasia in the pancreatic duct epithelium, which originates from papillary proliferations of mucin-producing epithelial cells with excessive mucus production. IPMNs are characterized by low malignancy, slow progression, rarely invasion. IPMNs varied in clinical manifestations, and so far there has been no unified differen- tiation criterion or naming standards. IPMNs have certain radiographic features and there are many good methods for them. Different pa- tients usually need different therapeutic methods. Thus, in this article the clinical features, pathologic types, biological behavior, imaging diagnostic methods, imaging features, treatment and prognosis of IPMNs were reviewed.
