| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析32例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的临床资料和治疗结果。结果:31例患者经保守治疗痊愈,1例手术治疗后痊愈,其中2例复发后再次住院而经非手术治疗治愈,平均住院时间11.8 d。结论:术后早期炎性肠梗阻应以保守治疗为主,通过禁食、经鼻肠梗阻导管胃肠减压、胃肠外营养、生长抑素及激素等的综合应用具有较佳的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore clinical characteristics and treatments of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction.Methods: To retrospectively analyse the clinical data and treatment results of 32 patients of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction.Results: 31 patients were recoveried by expectant treatments and 1 patient by surgical therapy.2 of the 31 patients were in the condition of recurrent and back in hospital.The average cure time was 11.8 days.Conclusion: 31 cases after fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,nutritional support,somatostatin,dexamethasone,and other conservative treatment were recoveried.So these expectant treatments are effective. |
