| 摘 要： | 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是一种神经退行性疾病,目前对其发病机制尚未完全阐明,治疗效果也不佳。最近不少研究者根据运动对人体,特别是对脑的益处,提出运动治疗AD的可能。本文综述了运动治疗AD的研究进展及其可能机制,展望其可能的治疗前景。

| Abstract: | Alzheimer''s disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease. The mechanismof AD is not understood well at present, and
the treatment for AD is still needed to modify. Some researchers suggest the treatment strategies of movement therapy for AD according
to the benefits of the movement or exercise to human body, especially for brain. We reviewed the progress of research on movement or
exercise in the treatment of AD. |
