摘    要:本文综述了发根农杆菌诱导植物毛状根的方法及其分子机制。对毛状根的鉴定技术进行了介绍。诱导出毛状报的植物主要集中在双子叶植物,对单子叶植物毛状根诱导的可能性进行了讨论。由于毛状根的激素自主性、稳定性和高产性,这一技术为植物有用成分的大量生产提供了新的途径。

Abstract:The method of hairy root induction of plants as well as their molecular biology are reviewed. The techniques on plant hairy root characterization are also described. Plant species for hairy root induction mainly belong to dicotyledons. The hairy root induction possibilities on monocotyle-donous plants are discussed. As hairy roots grow rapidly and stably without addition of any exogenous phytohormones, this makes hairy root cultures subject to considerations as mass production of useful plant biochemicals.
