酸催化半干微波法水解蚕蛹蛋白的研究

摘    要:以酸为催化剂,采用半干微波法水解蚕蛹蛋白制备氨基酸。在适宜条件下,20min内氨基氮生成率达52.4%,产品收率为43.7%,游离氨基酸收率为34.0%。与常规酸水解法相比,反应时间大大缩短,能耗大幅度下降,产品收率和纯度提高。

Abstract:A semi-dry method with acid-catalyst and microwave radiation were used for the hydrolysis of silkworm chrysalis protein to obtain the mixture aminoacids. Compared with conventional acid hy-drolization,the reacting time and consumption of energy were reduced greatly,the purity and the yield of the product were increased. Under suitable conditions, the yield of amino-nitrogen reached to 52. 4% in 20 minutes,the speed of this method was 39. 7 times of the conventional method,the yield of product and free aminoacids were increased from 37% and 28. 5% to 43. 7% and 34% respective-ly.
