摘    要:Sox基因家族与Dmrt基因家族在胚胎发育及性别分化中起着重要作用。本文采用PCR方法,扩增了大绿蛙Sox基因和Dmn基因的保守区,分别获得长约220bp和150bp的片段;SSCP分析结果显示大绿蛙Sox基因、Dmrt基因雌雄个体片段无差异,与人的有较大差异。本研究为探讨大绿蛙的性别决定机制及Sox基因与Dmrt基因的进化提供了分子资料。

Abstract:The Sox gene family and Dmrt gene family act important roles on the development processes of early embryogenesis and sex-determination. The technique of PCR was used in this paper to amplify the Sox gene and Dmrt gene of Rana livida and to obtain the fragments about 220 bp and 150 bp. Analyzing the amplified products with SSCP,the result suggested that the Sox gene of Rana livida was no difference between male and female, but had great difference comparing with that of human being. Our work supplies molecular data for study the sex-determining mechanism of Rana livida and for the evolution of Sox gene and Dmrt gene.
