2008-2009年南京地区儿童肺炎支原体感染情况分析

目的了解2008年至2009年南京地区儿童呼吸道肺炎支原体（MP）的感染情况。方法应用MP快速培养法对南京地区2008年1月至2009年12月980例急性呼吸道感染患儿的咽拭子标本进行MP培养检测。结果 980例急性呼吸道感染患儿的咽拭子标本中MP培养阳性384例,总阳性率为39.2%。其中〈3岁、35岁、〉5岁各年龄组患儿中MP阳性率分别是36.9%,38.5%和43.3%;不同季度MP感染的检出率分别是：春季（13月）45.7%,夏季（46月）24.8%,秋季（79月）20.4%,冬季（1012月）50.3%,其中冬、春两季MP感染的检出率明显高于其他两季（P〈0.01）。结论 MP为南京地区儿童急性呼吸道感染的重要病原体,各年龄儿童普遍易感;冬、春两季高发。

Analysis on Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children in Nanjing from 2008 to 2009

Objective To investigate the infection status of Mycoplasma pneumoniae（MP） in children in Nanjing from 2008 to 2009. Method 980 pharyngeal samples of children with acute respiratory tract infection（ARI） from January 2008 to December 2009 were detected for MP by rapid culture method. Result Of the 980 samples,384 were MP culture positive,the total positive rate was 39.2%.The positive rates of MP were 36.9%,38.5% and 43.3%,respectively in under 3 years old,3 to 5 years old and above 5 years old groups.The MP positive rates were 45.7%,24.8%,20.4% and 50.3%,respectively in spring（from the first quarter）,summer（the second）,autumn（the third） and winter（the fourth）.And the incidence of MP infection in winter and spring were higher than those in the other seasons（P〈0.01）. Conclusion MP is a main etiological agent of ARI in children in Nanjing,and there might be a prevalence peak of MP infection in winter and spring from 2008 to 2009.
