| 摘 要： | 通过系列创新措施，滤筛操作、预固定及固定、虫体纯化、接合生殖及横分裂生殖筛选富集，大批量虫体集中染色、脱水、透明等处理步骤进行草履虫玻片标本制作。采用滤筛操作法，比传统离心法具有能够一次性获得大量虫体材料和操作简便快速等优点。

| Abstract: | The paracium glass specimen was produced by a series of new steps including fixation before hand, fixation, purification, enrichment, dyeing, dehydration, and clarity. These steps were finished with filter instead of centrifugation With filter, a substantial amount of paracium could be obtained once and operating was simple and rapid. |
