高频超声对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值分析

目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析36例39个病变经手术和病理证实为导管内乳头状瘤的超声图像表现及特征,并与病理结果比较。结果高频超声对Ⅰ型导管内乳头状瘤的诊断准确率为92.8%,Ⅱ型为90.9%,Ⅲ型为50%,Ⅳ型为80%,Ⅴ型为60%。结论高频多普勒超声可作为导管内乳头状瘤首选的检查方法之一。

Analysis of the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast intraductal papilloma

Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast intraductal papilloma . Methods The ultrasonic characteristics of 39 breast intraductal papillomas in 36 cases were analyzed retrospectively ,and compared with diagnosis of pathology . Results The accurate rate of ultrasonic diagnosis for breast intraductal papilloma Ⅰ type is 92 .8% ,Ⅱ type 90 .9% ,Ⅲtype 50% ,Ⅳ type 80% ,Ⅴ type 60% . Conclu‐sion High frequency ultrasound can be used as a preferred method for the examination of ntraductal papilloma .
