| 摘 要： | 对食、药两用植物紫背天葵营养成分和总黄酮进行了研究 ,结果显示紫背天葵各种营养成分齐全且丰富 ,其中总氨基酸质量分数达 1 3.0 3% ,必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的 4 4 .1 3%。含人体必需的无机元素 1 2种 ,人体必需的微量元素 7种。植物中正丁醇提取部位的总黄酮含量为 0 .4 1 %。这些研究为人们认识紫背天葵的营养和药用价值 ,充分开发利用祖国的植物资源提供参考

| Abstract: | Nutritive components and flavones of Gynura were studied. Results showed that nutritive components of Gynura were rich, the total contents of amino acids were 13.03% and the essential amino acids were 44.13% of the total contents. It contained 12 kinds of inorganic elements and 7 kinds of essential microelements. The content of flavones was 0.41% in the n-butanol fraction. |
