摘    要:以番茄冷敏感品系T9801为轮回亲本,以耐冷品系T9806为供体亲本,经7代回交选择获得具有较强耐冷性且具有T9801遗传背景的高代回交株系,从高代回交株系及冷敏感亲本提取DNA,用280个随机引物进行RAPD扩增和多态性分析,筛选到一个与番茄耐冷性相关的RAPD分子标记(OPF14)。

Abstract:Genetic improvement of cold tolerance is an important way to decrease low temperature injury in tomato production.Selection of molecular marker linked to cold tolerance to assist breeding is an effective method in genetic improvement oftomato.Tomato cold sensitive strain (T9801) was used as rotational parent and cold tolerant strain (T9806) was used as supply parent.Higher progeny strain of backcross was obtained through 7 generations backcross selection,which is cold tolerance and has genetic background of T9801.DNA was extracted from higher progeny strain of backcross and cold sensitive parent,280 random primers were used to perform RAPD amplification and polymorphic analysis,a RAPD marker (OPF14) linked to cold tolerance of tomato was identified.
