摘    要:目的了解大连高新区15~74岁居民主要慢性病患病基本特征,为制定和评价大连高新区卫生政策和干预措施提供基础数据。方法在大连高新区采用分层整群随机抽样方法,随机抽取15~74岁常住居民的976人为调查对象进行调查。结果高血压患病率为33.61%,糖尿病患病率为11.07%,冠心病患病率为6.76%,血脂异常患病率为50.41%,城乡间患病率无差异;高血压、糖尿病、冠心病和血脂异常患病率均随着年龄的增加呈逐渐上升趋势,丧偶人群患病率最高(P0.05);高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常患病率,男性高于女性,文化程度低者高于文化程度高者,且随着体重指数的增高而增高(P0.05);高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常患者中,有超过半数为本次检查新发现病例。结论大连高新区居民慢性非传染性疾病患病率处于较高水平,防控策略和措施亟待加强。

Prevalence of chronic diseases among residents of Dalian high-tech zone
Abstract:Abstract: Objective To find out the main characteristics of chronic illnesses among the residents aged 15 to 74 years old in Dalian high-tech zone, and provide reference data for the development and evaluation of the health policy and interventions. Methods 976 permanent residents aged 15 to 74 years old in Dalian high-tech zone were selected by using stratified cluster random sampling method, and accepted relevant physical exam and questionnaire. Results Among the subjects, the prevalence rate of hypertension was 33.61%, that of diabetes was 11.07%, that of coronary heart disease was 6.76%, and that of hyperlipidemia was 50.41%; there were no significant differences between the urban and rural areas. The incidences of high blood pressure, diabetes, coronary heart disease and dyslipidemia tended to rise along with the increase of age, and the highest incidences were seen in widowed people (P<0.05). The incidences of hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia were higher in men than in women, and higher in people with lower level of education than in those with higher level of education, and increased with the increase of body mass index (P<0.05). Over half of the patients with hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia were diagnosed for the first time during this survey. Conclusion The incidence of non-communicable chronic diseases among Dalian high-tech zone residents is at a higher level; the prevention and control strategies and measures need to be strengthened.
