金双歧片联合肯特令散治疗小儿再发性腹痛87例临床观察

目的探讨微生态调节剂金双歧片与肯特令散(有效成分为双八面体蒙脱石)在治疗小儿再发性腹痛(RAP)中的疗效。方法172例RAP的患儿随机分成2组,治疗组87例给予口服金双歧片,剂量3~6岁1片/次,6~13岁2片/次,每日3次,肯特令散3g,每日3次,解痉药溴化丙胺太林0.5mg/(kg·次);对照组85例仅给予解痉药溴化丙胺太林0.5mg/(kg·次),疗程均为2周,随诊3个月观察疗效。结果治疗组:显效50例,有效28例,无效9例,总有效率89.7%。对照组:显效9例,有效23例,无效53例,总有效率37.6%。2组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论联合应用金双歧片与肯特令散,对治疗小儿RAP有良好的疗效,为临床RAP的治疗提供了新思路。

The effect of Golden Bifid combined with Smectite powder on the reoccurring abdominal pain in pediatrics

Objective To investigate the effect of Golden Bifid combined with Smectite powder on the reoccurring abdominal pain (RAP) in pediatrics. Methods 172 pediatrics with RAP were randomly allocated to treatment group and controlled group.87 cases in treatment group were administered drugs with Golden Bifid,Smectite powder and Propantheline Bromide,85 cases in controlled group were only given Propantheline Bromide. Treatment period was two weeks and duration of following-up was three months in this study. Results The total effective rate was 89.7% in treatment group and 37.6% in controlled group, there was significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups ( p <0.01). Conclusion Golden Bifid combined with Smectite powder was effective on the pediatrics with RAP, furthermore, it provided a new approach to the treatment of RAP.
