Tree peony, being crowned the title “King of Flowers” in China, is of great medicinal, ornamental, and economic values. In the present study, the phylogeny of the wild tree peony species (section Moutan, Paeonia, Paeoniaceae), represented by twelve accessions collected from all eight species in the section, was investigated based on the DNA sequence in five DNA fragments from both nuclear (Adh1A, Adh2 and GPAT) and chloroplast (trnS-trnG and rps16-trnQ) genomes, as well as morphological characters. Both maximum parsimony (MP) and Bayesian inference of phylogeny (BI) trees were reconstructed based on the combined data of the DNA sequences and morphological data, respectively. The MP and BI trees have the similar topology, and the sect. Moutan clearly branched into two clades. One clade consists of two species, P. delavayi and P. ludlowii, corresponding to the subsect. Delavayanae, and another clade is composed of other six species. Within the second clade, the six species can be divided into three subclades consisting of P. rockii and P. decomposita, P. jishanensis and P. qiui, P. suffruticosa and P. ostii, respectively. Among the three subclades, P. jishanensis/P. qiui is most closely related to P. suffruticosa/P. ostii. These results provide up to date the clearest picture of the phylogeny of wild tree peony species in the sect. Moutan.  相似文献

对芍药属牡丹组Paeonia L.sect.Moutan DC.(全部野生种)40个居群进行了基于形态学证据的系统学分析,试图建立组内种间的系统发育关系。利用PAUP (4.0)计算机程序分别构建了建立在25个形态学性状基础上的所有研究类群的距离树(UPGMA、NJ)和最大简约树(MP)。所得树的拓扑结构基本一致,差异只发生在距离树和简约树之间,在由形态和细胞学关系都很近的5个种(牡丹P.suffruticosa、矮牡丹P.jishanensis、卵叶牡丹P.qiui、紫斑牡丹P.rockii和凤丹P.o  相似文献

牡丹为我国特产珍贵花树和药用树种,已有1500余年栽培历史,建国以来,各地栽培品种已达500余个。 有关牡丹分类的主要研究成果多为西方科学家根据18—19世纪从我国引种到英、美、法等国的栽培牡丹和腊叶标本加以描述和定名。 作者近几年来在安徽、河南、湖南、山西、陕西、甘肃、四川、云南等地对我国野生牡丹进行了较广泛的调查和研究。 本文发表3个新种和1个新等级,这对研究我国栽培牡丹的起源和栽培品种的自然分类,发掘、保护、利用我国珍稀野生牡丹基因资源,培育新品种,扩大牡丹栽培地区等方面提供了科学理论依据。  相似文献

The taxonomical history of the woody group(peonies) in the genus Paeonia is reviewed in the present paper. The group is endemic to China, but Paeonia suffruticosa is commonly cultivated throughout the north temperate region and has long been known as “the King of Flowers” in China. However, the taxonomy of the group had been neglected before the 1990' s. Since 1990, a number of new species and subspecies have been published. With the support from the National Geographic Society, the senior author of the present paper and his coworkers have made expeditions to all parts of the distribution area of the group, visited all the type localities and sampled a total of 64 populations. Based on the character analysis and examination of the type specimens or photos, each taxon is reviewed with its name checked nomenclaturally, and finally the taxonomy of the whole group is revised. As a result, eight species, three of which each contains two subspecies, are recognized. They are Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews subsp. suffruticosa and subsp. yinpingmudan D. Y. Hong, K. Y. Pan et Z. W. Xie, P. jishanensis T. Hong et W. Z. Zhao, P. qiui Y. L. Pei et D. Y. Hong, P. ostii T. Hong et J. X. Zhang, P. rockii (S. G. Haw et L. A. Lauener )T. Hong et J. J. Li subsp. rockii and subsp. taibaishanica D. Y. Hong, P. decomposita Hand.-Mazz. Subsp. decomposita and subsp. rotundiloba D. Y. Hong, P. delavayi Franeh. and P. ludlowii (Stern et Taylor)D. Y. Hong. P. baokangensis Z. L. Dai et T. Hong and P. yananensis T. Hong et M. R. Li are considered as hybrids between P. rockii and P. qiui and between P. rockii and P. jishanensis respectively. 为了探讨芍药属牡丹组Paeonia sect. Moutan的种间关系,对采自15个野生居群,代表牡丹组全部8个野生种的15份材料的GPAT 基因片段(外显子5和6之间2 kb的内含子)进行了PCR-RFLP分析,并对代表牡丹组全部8个野生种的9份材料进行了测序。 根据12个限制性内切酶的PCR-RFLP数据,使用Network 3.0计算机程序的RM (reduced-median)法建立了牡丹组种间亲缘关系网络树。同时根据8个种9份材料的GPAT基因片段序列,利用PAUP*4.0计算机程序建立了牡丹组GPAT基因的最大简约(MP)树和邻接(NJ)树。结果获得了具有很高自展值支持、分辨良好的牡丹组种间关系(GPAT基因)树。最重要的是,该基因树所显示的牡丹组种间关系与根据形态学证据提出的牡丹组的种间关系基本吻合,并得到其他研究证据的支持。根据这一结果,对牡丹组的种间关系进行了详细的讨论。  相似文献

本文旨在通过网络药理学和分子对接方法探讨丹参-丹皮活性成分治疗脑卒中的潜在分子机制。首先基于中药系统药理学分析平台筛选丹参、丹皮的活性成分及其作用靶点,利用CTD、TTD和GeneCards数据库收集脑卒中相关靶点。然后将药物和疾病靶点取交集,借助STRING数据库获取靶点间相互作用关系,利用R语言的ClusterProfiler包对其进行生物功能和通路富集分析。最后,通过Cytoscape软件构建蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用和成分-靶点-通路网络图,并利用AutoDock Vina软件对网络中的关键靶点及对应成分进行分子对接验证。结果显示丹参-丹皮成分作用于脑卒中的靶点67个,GO分析显示其主要参与脂多糖应答,细菌来源的分子反应,氧化应激等生物学过程。KEGG通路富集共得到149条通路(P<0.05),主要涉及AGE-RAGE信号通路、IL-17信号通路、TNF信号通路等。分子对接结果显示,筛选的主要活性成分与其对应靶蛋白均具有较好的结合活性。综上,本研究通过网络药理学预测了丹参-丹皮治疗脑卒中可能的药效物质基础及其作用机制,为进一步挖掘其药效成分和临床扩大使用范围提供科学依据。  相似文献

目的:探讨不同炮制方法(“去心”、“清炒”、“酒制”、“制炭”)对牡丹皮相关药理效应(抗炎、镇痛、止血、保肝等)的影响。方法:醋酸扭体实验、热板法探讨对镇痛药效的影响;采用毛细血管通透性探讨对抗炎作用的影响;测小鼠出血、凝血时间探讨对止血作用的影响;制作小鼠急性肝损伤,探讨对护肝、保肝作用的影响。结果:①炒炭炮制品具有较好的止血作用,与其他各种炮制品相比,差异显著,P〈O.05,其他各种炮制品之间比较无显著性差异,P〉O.05;②在保肝作用方面,“去心”、“清炒”法较好,与其他炮制品比较,差异显著P〈O.05;“酒制”次之,“制炭”较差,但两者比较无显著性差异,P〉O.05;(3)在抗炎、镇痛药效方面,“去心”、“清炒”、“酒制”之间无显著性差异,但以上3种炮制方法均优于“制炭”,P〈O.05。结论:炮制方法对牡丹皮的药理效应有一定的影响:“制炭”止血作用做好,但减弱了其抗炎、镇痛、护肝的作用;“酒制”法可能对抗炎、镇痛作用有好处;“去心”、“清炒”法之间的药理效应在本研究中无显著差异、  相似文献

Ge-Jee-Bok-Ryung-Hwan (GJBRH), a commonly used herb formulation in Korea, Japan and China, caused a decrease of viability in HeLa human cervical carcinoma cells. The treatment of GJBRH resulted in genomic DNA fragmentation as well as the increase of Sub-G1 portion in cell cycle analysis. In this study, GFP-Bax over-expression system showed that Bax, pro-apoptotic Bcl-2 family protein, was translocated to mitochondria by the presence of GJBRH. The treatment of BAPTA-AM, permeable endogenous calcium chelator, inhibited GJBRH-induced caspase-3 and -9 activations, the release of cytochrome c and Smac/DIABLO into cytoplasm and the resultant cell death in HeLa human cervical carcinoma cells. The treatment of BAPTA-AM increased the expression of XIAP, which mediates binding to and inhibiting caspases and showed protective effect, in GJBRH-treated cells. GJBRH induced the expression of Glucose Response Protein 78 (GRP 78), a positive ER stress marker protein. However, BAPTA-AM did not interfere with the ER-stress response pathway that triggers the expression of GRP 78. This study showed that GJBRH induces cell death, which occurs downstream of or parallel to this point in the ER-stress pathway linked to apoptosis. In conclusion, GJBRH induces apoptosis in HeLa cells via ER stress-pathway associated mitochondria-dependent apoptosis mechansim.  相似文献
