水分是限制干旱与半干旱地区植被恢复和农业发展的最重要因素之一,减少土壤水分无效蒸发损失可提高水分利用效率。凹凸棒土(ATP)作为一种黏土矿物,其亲水性和吸附性对限制土壤蒸发具有重要作用。本研究选取黄土高原干旱与半干旱区3种不同质地的典型土壤(黑垆土、黄绵土、风沙土),设置5种ATP添加量(0%、1%、2%、3%、4%),使用微型蒸发器在自然条件下进行土壤蒸发试验,探究ATP添加对不同土壤蒸发过程和蒸发面裂缝特征的影响。结果表明: 当ATP添加量<3%时,在同一种土壤下累积蒸发量与蒸发损失率随ATP添加量的增加而减小;ATP添加量为3%时,黑垆土、风沙土的累积蒸发量和蒸发损失率均减小,黄绵土的累积蒸发量和蒸发损失率增加;ATP添加量为4%时,黑垆土的累积蒸发量减小、蒸发损失率增加,风沙土的累积蒸发量增加、蒸发损失率减小,黄绵土的累积蒸发量和蒸发损失率均减小。不同土壤平均累积蒸发量表现为:黑垆土>黄绵土>风沙土。在同一种土壤的整个蒸发过程中,施加ATP处理的土壤含水量始终高于对照。累积蒸发量与时间平方根关系的模拟结果表明,蒸发结束时ATP处理下土壤样品可以释放的水量高于对照。添加ATP后黑垆土和黄绵土的裂缝面密度显著增加,风沙土裂缝面密度随ATP添加量的增加而增加,3种土壤的裂缝面密度在ATP添加量为4%时均达到最大值。ATP添加量为3%时可以在最大程度上减少土壤水分无效蒸发。  相似文献

Upper canines in microchiropteran bats show a variety of cross-sectional shapes. A consistent feature of all species studied here is that the tooth is edged and not simply round or oval. Prominent sharp edges are positioned in several directions but particularly antero-medially toward the incisors and posteriorly toward the premolars. These edges appear to direct the cracks made in food items to the incisors or to the premolars. A continuous cutting edge is apparent in the occlusal view of the palate running from tip of canine to the ectoloph of the molars. Size and shape analysis indicates that larger bats have slender, rather than stouter, canines for their height, a condition that may be attributable to the nature of the prey. Most bats take prey that have little hard substance imbedded within. The compromises in tooth shape may vary between that of a terrestrial predator with short, conical canines for processing endoskeletal prey to that of a small flying predator with long, slender, edged canines for capturing and processing exoskeletal prey. Unicuspid teeth and how they might function in food break-up have been overlooked to the literature; such a study could lead to an understanding of how more complex teeth function.  相似文献

Silicene has been proven to be a promising material with attractive electronic properties. During the synthesis of silicene, structural defects such as edge crack are likely to be generated and such defects in silicene have impacts on its properties. Herein, molecular dynamics simulations were performed to investigate the mechanical properties of the armchair silicene nanoribbons (ASiNRs) with edge cracks. Our results showed that the mechanical properties of the ASiNRs decrease because of the existence of edge crack. Both the pristine ASiNRs and the ASiNRs with edge cracks show brittle fracture behaviours. The crack length plays an important role in determining the critical strain and fracture strength of the ASiNRs. Moreover, we investigated the effects of strain rate and temperature on the mechanical properties of the ASiNRs with edge cracks. We observed that the increasing strain rate increases the critical strain and fracture strength while decreasing the Young’s modulus. Low-strain rates also changes the expanded directions of cracks in the ASiNRs. We also found that the increasing temperature could significantly decrease the mechanical properties of the ASiNRs with edge cracks.  相似文献

为探究不同果园土壤水分处理对富士苹果果实品质的影响,并重点探究外观品质的差异,筛选出最适宜生产中采用的控水方法,以‘烟富3号’富士苹果品种作为材料,按照土壤相对含水量设置两组水分处理,一组为LT1(55%~65%)、LT2(65%~75%)和LT3(75%~85%),另一组为LT4(前期55%~65%,后期45%~55%)、LT5(前期65%~75%,后期55%~65%)和LT6(前期75%~85%,后期65%~75%),以生理落果为节点,划分处理前期和后期,以普通果园水分管理作为对照处理(LCK),分别测定土壤含水量以及相应果实可溶性固形物含量,计算果实裂纹指数、着色指数和光洁指数,并用扫描电镜观测果皮超微结构。结果表明:(1)LT1、LT4、LT5处理的果实可溶性固形物含量比LCK分别显著提高13.4%、15.2%、13.1%。(2)与LCK相比,LT2、LT3、LT5、LT6处理果实的裂纹指数分别降低了49.8%、19.8%、49.8%、30.1%,LT1、LT2、LT5处理果实的着色指数分别提高了3.4%、14.0%、17.4%,LT1~LT6处理果实的光洁指数分别提高了50.4%、150.4%、125.6%、45.2%、175.9%、100.8%。(3)果皮显微结构观察表明,控制处理前、后期土壤水分不稳定会导致果皮角质层的严重开裂,LT5处理避免了这一情况的发生,而健康果实的果皮角质层厚度大于裂果的果皮。(4)健康果实的水势(-1.22 MPa)明显高于裂果的水势(-1.44 MPa),且果实水势与裂纹发生呈负相关关系。研究认为,适当的土壤水分胁迫(65%~75%)不影响果实食用品质,同时可显著降低果实表面裂纹的发生率,提高果面光洁度;在果实发育后期,适当的轻度控水处理会促进果实的糖积累并减少裂纹的产生;果实裂纹的发生与果皮角质层厚度和果实水势相关,厚度越大、水势越高,裂纹发生越少。土壤相对含水量LT2与LT5处理的苹果果实兼具良好的食用品质与外观品质。  相似文献

In this study, the fracture of single-layered graphene sheets (SLGSs) with edge crack under simple tension is investigated using molecular dynamics simulations, and the variations in fracture strength of SLGSs with crack length, strain rate and temperature are analysed. It is found that the existing edge crack weakens mechanical properties of SLGSs. Fracture strength and strain decrease with the increase in crack length and temperature, but increase with the increase in strain rate. It is also shown that shorter initial cracks propagate faster than longer initial cracks, but shorter initial cracks begin propagating at higher axial strain at a certain temperature and strain rate. And cracks are found to propagate faster in higher strain rates.  相似文献

Nod factors are among the best-studied molecules implicated in the signal exchange that leads to legume-rhizobia symbiosis. The role of these molecules in symbiosis development has been primarily studied in legumes invaded through infection threads. In these plants, Nod factors generate several responses required for nodulation, including the induction of cortical cell division to form the nodule primordium. Arachis hypogaea L. (peanut) exhibits a specific mode of rhizobial infection and nodule morphogenetic programme in which infection threads are never formed. The role of Nod factors in this particular mechanism is unknown. In this work, a peanut symbiont mutant strain unable to produce Nod factors was obtained and characterised. The strain Bradyrhizobium (Arachis) sp. SEMIA 6144 V2 is altered in the nodC gene, which encodes an N-acetylglucosaminyl transferase involved in the first step of the Nod factor biosynthetic pathway. Further research revealed that, although its ability to colonise peanut roots was unaffected, it is not capable of inducing the division of cortical cells. The results obtained indicate that rhizobial Nod factors are essential for the induction of cortical cell division that leads to nodule primordium formation.  相似文献

This study aimed at using eXtended finite element method (XFEM) to characterize crack growth through bone’s intra-cortical pores. Two techniques were compared using Abaqus: (1) void material properties were assigned to pores; (2) multiple enrichment regions with independent crack-growth possibilities were employed. Both were applied to 2D models of transverse images of mouse bone with differing porous structures. Results revealed that assigning multiple enrichment regions allows for multiple cracks to be initiated progressively, which cannot be captured when the voids are filled. Therefore, filling pores with one enrichment region in the model will not create realistic fracture patterns in Abaqus-XFEM.  相似文献
