山东省淡水真菌三个中国新记录种

2010年6–10月期间,我们对山东省的淡水真菌进行调查和采集,发现3个中国新记录种:长鞭状透明长棒孢Hyalocamposporium longiflagellatum、乌拉圭斯宾塞马丁氏孢菌Spencermartinsia uruguayensis和大洋格腔孢菌Pleospora pelagica。主要对这3种淡水真菌进行形态描述及讨论。     

山东海岸木生海洋真菌的研究 Ⅲ

Five species of higher marine fungi were observed on the incubated drift and intertidal woods collected from the coasts of Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea. Among them, Halosphaeriopsis was a genus newly recorded for China. Taxonomy and morphology of these species were discussed in this paper. The specimens were deposited in Mycology Herbarium at Qingdao Agricultural University (MHQAU).     

炭角菌科一新命名称Emarcea rostrispora

山东海岸木生海洋真菌的研究 Ⅳ..Buergenerula，中国新记录属

The genus Buergenerula in driftwoods and culms of Spartina alterniflora in intertidal zone is newly recorded from China seas. Taxonomy and morphology of Buergenerula spartinae and the comparison between the species and similar species were discussed in this paper. The specimens were deposited in Mycology Herbarium at Qingdao Agricultural University (MHQAU).     

孤孢属两新种

在对新疆及海南岛的捕食线虫真菌的调查中发现2个真菌与已报道的孤孢属的真菌不同,确定为新种——长梗孤孢菌(Monacrosporium longiphorum Liu et Lu sp. nov.)和小舟形孤孢菌(Monacrosporium microscaphoides Liu et Lu sp. nov.)。长梗孤孢菌主要特征为分生孢子梗较长,448-660 μm,分生孢子3-4个分隔,39-65(54) × 13-22(18) μm。小舟形孤孢菌主要特征为孢子较小,0-3个分隔,以2个分隔为主,23-39(29) × 8-15.5(12)μm。在老的培养物中可见球形串生的厚垣孢子。     

两个座坚壳属Rosellinia中国新记录种

山东半岛腐生小球腔菌属中国新记录种(英文)

在山东半岛腐生真菌调研过程中,鉴定出生于枯木上的4个小球腔菌属中国新记录种:光洁小球腔菌Leptosphaeriaagnita,灌丛小球腔菌L.dumetorum,嘴状小球腔菌L.eustomoides和茄小球腔菌L.solani。对各菌的形态学特征进行了描述、图解及讨论,并编制了中国小球腔菌属腐生种的检索表。研究标本保存在青岛农业大学菌物学实验室。     

暗球腔菌属三个中国新记录种

在对福建武夷山、安徽黄山和山东昆嵛山的真菌采集鉴定中,发现了暗球腔菌属Phaeosphaeria3个中国新记录种:肩状暗球腔菌P.humerata、马西山暗球腔菌P.marciensis和香蒲暗球腔菌P.typharum。该属真菌多数腐生在禾本科、莎草科、灯心草属等单子叶植物的枯死茎上或其他木材上。对3个种进行了形态描述、图示和讨论,标本保存在青岛农业大学菌物研究室(MHQAU)。
