水分胁迫对不同抗旱类型冬小麦幼苗叶绿素荧光参数的影响 总被引:62,自引:9,他引:53
在人工气候室水培条件下,选用3个不同抗旱类型的冬小麦品种,研究了水分胁迫对冬小麦幼苗叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:水分胁迫下,冬小麦幼苗可变荧光(Fv)、最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光与最大荧光比(Fv/Fm)、可变荧光与初始荧光比(Fv/Fo)、光化学淬灭系数(qF)均降低;而初始荧光(Fo)与非光化学淬灭系数(qNP)则升高,说明光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)受到了伤害,使得PSⅡ原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)降低;光合电子传递、光合原初反应过程受到抑制,起光保护作用的热耗散提高。但水分胁迫下品种间各参数变化幅度不同。除qNF外,其余各参数均为抗旱性越强降低幅度越小,而qNF则升高幅度越大。说明水分胁迫对冬小麦幼苗叶绿素荧光参数的影响与其抗旱性密切相关。 相似文献

在人工气候室水培条件下,从单根和整株根系两个层次研究了N、P营养与玉米(Zea mays L.)根系水流导度(root hydraulic conductivity,Lpr)间的关系。结果表明:表型抗旱的杂交种F1代户单4号和母本天四的单根水导和整株根系水导均高于不抗旱的父本478,其中天四的单根水导最高,而户单4号的整株根系水导最高。N、P亏缺均使玉米单根水导和整株根系水导降低,但与N亏块相比,P亏缺的植株具有较高的整株根系水导和较低的单根水导。整株根系的水导更能反映植物根系的输水性能。 相似文献

Constitutive expression of hFIX protein in nonhepatocytes was studied. The gene targeting vector was constructed and transferred into HeLa cells. With the detection system of PCR, we demonstrated that the endogenous hFIX promoter was replaced with an hCMV promoter when targeted insertion of the constructor was directed by the sequence homology. The expression of hFIX in the modified HeLa cells, 11.2 ng/106 cell/24 h, strongly suggested that hFIX gene could be activated by a powerful promoter in nonhepatocytes. The results would make it possible to examine the feasibility of re-regulate gene expression by promoter replacement. 相似文献
