噻替派浓度为0.1%、0.3%、0.5%时,黑胸大蠊精母细胞染色体断裂和裂隙率分别为6.3%、 10.5%和14.2%,显著地高于对卵母细胞的影响;和雄虫外周血淋巴细胞微核率呈平行关系,随微核率增多而增加。5-氟尿嘧啶浓度为0.1%、0.3%和0.5%时,卵母细胞染色体断裂和裂隙率分别为3.5%、9.8%和16.2%,和雌虫外周血淋巴细胞微核率呈平行关系,随微核率增多而增加,而对雄虫生殖细胞影响不显著。
Abstract:0.1%,0.3%,0.5% Thio-TEPA induced 6.3%,10.5% and 14.2% chromosome break or gap in spermatocyte of cockroach respectively.This was markedly higher than those in oocyte.In doses from 0.1 to 0.5 Tho-TEPA the frequency of micronucleus increased parallely with nuclear damage.0.1%,0.3%,0.5% 5-fluorouracil induced 3.5%,9.8%,16.2% chromosome break or gap in oocytes respectively.This was paralled with the frequency of micronucleus in lymphocytes of the female.5-fluorouracil showed not marked effect on spermatocyte. 相似文献

用聚乙二醇(PEG)诱导草鱼ZC-7901细胞株融合,测定了不同浓度的PEG诱导草鱼组胞的融合率,从而得出了PEG诱导草鱼细胞融合的适宜浓度为45%(W/W)。用45%PEG诱导间期细胞(I期细胞)与分裂期细胞(M期细胞)融合,早熟凝集染色体(PCC)的诱导率是18.85%。观察PCC形态,G1-PCC呈单股染色体纤维形;G2-PCC呈双股染色纤维形,较分裂期细胞染色体细长;S-PCC呈“粉末状”染色体片段。 相似文献

温度休克中国对虾(Penaeus orientalis)的受精卵,结果表明,用0、6和9℃的低温休克,温度越低或休克时间越长,对细胞分裂的抑制作用也越强,孵化率也越低。用30和33℃的高温休克,温度越高或休克时间越长,对细胞的伤害也越大,孵化率表明显降低。低温和高温休克都能诱发三倍体。三倍体的最高诱发率,低率(9℃)为43.8%,高温(30℃)为32%,并获得三倍体蚤状幼体。对虾三倍体的诱发成功,为对虾的我多倍体育种提供了可能。
The fertilized eggs of Chinese prawn(penaeus orientalis),were treated with cold and heat shocks at various time intervals after spawning and various time continuations to induce triploidy.The results indicated that,with 0℃,6℃ and 9℃ cold shocks,the cell division was inhibited more intensely and the hatching rate became lower as the temperature got lower or the treating time lasted longer.With heat shocks at 30℃ or 33℃,the higher temperature was or the longer the tratment lasted,the more seriously the cells were damaged or the lower the inducing rate became.Both cold and heat shocks could induce triploid.The highest indueing rate was 32% with heat shock and 43.8% with cold shock respectively.The successful induction of chromosome triploidy in prawn provided probability for the polyploid breeding in these species. 相似文献

Nodule samples were collected from four alder species: Alnus nepalensis, A. si-birica, A. tinctoria and A. mandshurica growing in different environments on Gaoligong Mountains, Yunnan Province of Southwest China and on Changbai Mountains, Jilin Province of Northeast China. PCR-RFLP analysis of the IGS between nifD and nifK genes was directly applied to uncultured Frankia strains in the nodules. A total of 21 restriction patterns were obtained. The Frankia population in the nodules of A. nepalensis had the highest genetic diversity among all four Frankia populations; by contrast, the population in the nodules of A. mandshurica had the lowest degree of divergence; the ones in the nodules of A. sibirica and A. tinctoria were intermediate. A dendrogram, which was constructed based on the genetic distance between the restriction patterns, indicated that Frankia strains from A. sibirica and A. tinctoria had a close genetic relationship. 本文对大规模人类cDNA 测序过程中获得的一条高保守基因进行了初步功能研究,生物信息学研究发现该基因在人类、小鼠、果蝇、拟南芥和裂殖酵母中都有很高的保守性,其他分析预测该基因可能具有肿瘤相关性。RT-PCR分析表明,该基因在成人和胎儿组织中广谱表达。利用基因芯片分析该基因在7例肝癌、5例胰腺癌、2例喉癌和2例肺癌中表达情况,结果证实了该基因的肿瘤相关性,并且提示该基因在不同肿瘤类型中可能处于不同的地位。
Abstract:Preliminary function research of a highly conserved human gene,which was cloned from human fetal cDNA library during large-scale cDNA sequencing,is illustrated in this article.Bioinformatics analysis indicates that this gene is highly conserved in human、mouse、fruit fly、thaliana and fission yeast.Other bioinformatics analysis implies its relevance with tumors.RT-PCR analysis shows its wide-ranging expression patterns.Its expression in 16 cancer cases(including 7 liver cancer cases、5 pancreas cancer cases、2 larynx cancer cases and 2 lung cancer cases) is studied by using gene microarray analysis.The result shows its relevance with tumors and implies it may have different status in different classification of tumors. 相似文献
