We develop an improved approach to evaluate car sharing options under uncertain environments with the combination of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) and Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (F-TOPSIS), which consists of three steps. In the first step, we propose a SCUMN (Specific, Comprehensive, Understandable, Measurable, and Neutral) methodology to identify appropriate indicators and obtain a final list of 24 indicators according to their relevance to car sharing options. In the second step, we determine the weight of each indicator with F-AHP and conduct consistency check of the comparison matrix of selected indicators. In the third step, comparison of different options is performed with selected indicators and F-TOPSIS. A case study is provided to validate the proposed approach. Twenty-four indicators are identified to evaluate five different car sharing options and rank them according to their closeness coefficients in decreasing order. And thirty-one sensitivity analysis experiments are conducted to figure out the influence of indicators on decision making. The experimental results show that the proposed approach is capable of evaluating car sharing options with uncertainty and vagueness. F-AHP is able to determine the weight for each selected indicator and F-TOPSIS demonstrates its advantage in comparing potential options.  相似文献

The taxonomic completeness index (ratio of observed to expected species; O/E) is widely used in stream bioassessment programs to infer ecological impairment. However, its sensitivity to detecting anthropogenic disturbances may be reduced by (1) the modelling procedure used to determine the expected species at a site (2) the inability of the index to account for assemblage shifts through species gains as well as losses; and (3) the frequent use of a threshold that only allows assessment of the absence of prevalent species. We used a version of the BC biotic index (an adaptation of Bray-Curtis distance) that incorporated alien and translocated species into the observed component, and generated expected native species probabilities using single species ensemble models (‘BCA’). Sensitivity analysis, bivariate correlations and multiple linear regression analyses were used to test whether BCA better detected anthropogenic disturbances than the standard BC (i.e. without alien and translocated species) and O/E50 derived from the same models. We also tested three additional fish biotic indices currently used in the Ecosystem Health Monitoring Program in Southeast Queensland, Australia. Of the indices tested, BCA explained the greatest amount of variance in anthropogenic disturbance variables, followed by BC and the proportional sample abundance of alien species. The BCA index was 18% more sensitive to detecting non-reference conditions, 20% more responsive to an anthropogenic disturbance gradient, and had twice the number of significant bivariate correlations with disturbance variables than the O/E50 index derived from the same underlying predictive model. We suggest that the improved performance of BCA relative to O/E50 lies in its ability to detect the addition of alien, translocated, and some native species whose traits allow them to persist or thrive in degraded conditions, and the inclusion of low prevalence taxa that may be sensitive to mild levels of disturbance. Given that generation of the BCA index requires no further information than already provided by traditional multivariate predictive models, we recommend its inclusion into bioassessment programs that use multivariate fish based indices.  相似文献

 Despite the pervasiveness of the idea that arthritis is influenced by the weather, scientific evidence on the matter is sparse and non-conclusive. This study, conducted in the Australian inland city of Bendigo, sought to establish a possible relationship between the pain and rigidity of arthritis and the weather variables of temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure, wind speed and precipitation. Pain and rigidity levels were scored by 25 participants with osteoarthritis and/or rheumatoid arthritis four times per day for 1 month from each season. Mean pain and rigidity scores for each time of each day were found to be correlated with the meteorological data. Correlations between mean symptoms and temperature and relative humidity were significant (P <0.001). Time of day was included in the analysis. Stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated that meteorological variables and time of day accounted for 38% of the variance in mean pain and 20% of the variance in mean rigidity when data of all months were considered. A post-study telephone questionnaire indicated 92% of participants perceived their symptoms to be influenced by the weather, while 48% claimed to be able to predict the weather according to their symptoms. Hence, the results suggest (1) decreased temperature is associated with both increased pain and increased rigidity and (2) increased relative himidity is associated with increased pain and rigidity in arthritis sufferers. BackgroundsThe value of colorectal cancer (CRC) screening program in a population with a limited participation rate is debated. This study assesses the real-life performances of different screening tests in a population benefiting from an organized program and included in a cancer registry.MethodsPatients who participated in at least one screening campaign between 2004 and 2016 were included. Four screening procedures were used: Hemoccult II, Magstream, Hemoccult and Magstream combined, and OC Sensor. Data were crossed with the Digestive Cancer Registry of Calvados to detect CRCs diagnosed during this period. The main outcomes were CRC detection and the incidence rate of interval cancers.ResultsScreening consisted of 325,083 tests in 134,498 patients. Of the 2580 CRCs detected in patients aged 50–74, 534 (20.7 %) were screen-detected. OC Sensor had the highest sensitivity for CRC detection (83.7 %, 95 % CI [76.8–89.1 %]) and the lowest interval cancer rate (2.0 per 10,000 person-years, 95 % CI [1.4–2.7]) compared with other screening tests, excluding combinations. The overall participation rate was 28.9 %.ConclusionReal-life differences in performance between different screening tests exist, and OC Sensor appears to be the best. The low participation rate suggests that the rate of screen-detected CRC could be higher.  相似文献

Abstract

The circular dichroism spectra of three different purified carboxy terminal fragments 93–236, 112–236 and 132–236 of the bacteriophage γ cI repressor have been measured and compared with those of the intact repressor and the amino terminal fragment 1–92. All three carboxy terminal fragments contain mostly β-strands and loops, a minor helix content increasing with the size of the fragment, showing that the 93–131 region previously called a hinge is structured. Fourier transformed infrared spectra also showed that fragment 93–236 contains α-helices, β-sheets and turns but fragment 132–236 contains no detectable α-helix, only β-sheets and turns. Papain is known to cleave the γ repressor, but it is shown here that it cannot cleave the operator-bound repressor dimer. For the 132–236 fragment, both the wt and the SN228 mutant previously shown to be dimerization defective in the intact, gave similar dimerization properties as investigated by HPLC at 2 to 100 µM protein concentration, with a KD of 13.2 µM and 19.1 µM respectively. The papain cleavage for wt and SN228 proceed at equal rates for the first cleavage at 92–93; however, the subsequent cleavages are faster for SN228. The three Cys residues in the 132–236 fragment were found to be unreactive upon incubation with DTNB, indicating the thiol sulfur atoms are buried in the repressor carboxy terminal domain. Denaturation of the 132–236 fragment studied by tryptophan fluorescence shows two transitions centered at 1.5 M and 4.5 M of urea.  相似文献

Sensitivity of landscape metrics to selection of spatial scale (i.e., resolution or areal extent), land-use categories, and different landscapes has led to unreliable conclusions for practitioners of landscape analysis and modeling. Unlike previous studies that mostly considered such metrics and assessed the effect of each factor separately, our study focuses on the sensitivity of the correlation structure of different sets of landscape metrics as a whole under different situations via principal component analysis (PCA). We used the congruence coefficient (rc) to calculate the changes in factor structures under different situations. We used 16 class-level and 15 landscape-level metrics of 900 village-based and 150 town-based samples that were collected from three regions. Five cell sizes, two land-use classes, and two sets of land-use metrics were also considered. We did not control the cell sizes, sample extent, and different landscapes in the sensitivity analysis to study the interactive relationships between different factors. All factors strongly influence the correlation structure of the landscape metrics, with each factor demonstrating a unique influence. Changing cell size significantly affects the correlation structures in the plain region, especially in croplands and built-up lands. Town-based results show a relatively more stable correlation structure than village-based results (except in land-use categories). Different land-use classes show different responses to changing cell size, sample extent, and sets of landscape metrics in different regions. These results show the great interactive influences of these factors, which have often been overlooked in previous studies. The conclusions drawn from fixed factors may be conditional and inapplicable to other situations. The sensitivity of the correlation structure in diverse regions may improve our understanding of landscape metrics as a whole and can provide further insights into the correlation structure of landscape metrics for land-use management and monitoring.  相似文献

Calf diarrhea is one of the major health challenges in cattle herds. The bacteriological examination of fecal samples collected from apparently healthy and diarrheic calves' revealed isolation of 26 E. coli isolates out of 56 calves with an incidence of 46.4%. Serogroups O1, O26, O44, O55, O115, O119, O125, O146, and O151 were identified from the collected fecal samples. Using PCR all isolates was positive for ompA gene species specific for E. coli. While stx1 and eaeA genes detected with incidence of 3.8 and 19.2% respectively from the isolates. The presence of stx2 gene was negative in the fecal isolates. Among colostrum samples 4 E. coli isolates were detected and serogrouped to O26, O55 and O119. They were negative for eaeA, stx1 and stx2 except strain number 4 (O55) was positive for stx1. E. coli strains were sensitive to norfloxacin (80.7%) and resistant to ampicillin and cefotaxime (100% each). Based on our findings, there was no association between occurrence of E. coli and age of calf (2–14 days), while bottle feeding calf colostrum may be a source of E. coli contamination.  相似文献

The study presents a screening method used to identify the influential parameters of a lower limb model including ligaments, at low numerical cost. Concerning multibody kinematics optimisation, the ligament parameters (isometric length) were found the most influential ones in a previous study. The screening method tested if they remain influential with minimised length variations. The most important parameters for tibiofemoral kinematics were the skin markers, segment lengths and joint parameters, including two ligaments. This was confirmed by a quantitative sensitivity analysis. The screening method has the potential to be used as a stand-alone procedure for a sensitivity analysis.  相似文献

目的:研究宫颈癌患者新辅助化疗前后微小RNA-138(mi R-138)的表达及与化疗敏感性的关系。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年7月我院收治的宫颈癌患者18例为研究对象。所有患者均给予新辅助化疗,并根据治疗后的效果分为化疗有效组与化疗无效组。采用微阵列芯片技术分别检测两组患者化疗前后的mi R-138表达水平,同时采用Western blot技术检测mi R-138基因靶蛋白γH2AX的表达情况,分析患者化疗后mi R-138表达水平与临床病理特征的关系。结果:化疗有效组化疗后mi R-138△Ct值明显低于化疗前,且明显低于化疗无效组(P0.05),而化疗无效组化疗后mi R-138△Ct值与化疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。化疗后两组靶蛋白γH2AX相对表达量均明显低于化疗前(P0.05),化疗有效组靶蛋白γH2AX相对表达量的差值显著低于化疗无效组(P0.05)。宫颈癌患者新辅助化疗后组织中mi R-138△Ct差值与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P0.05),与年龄、FIGO临床分期无关(P0.05)。结论:新辅助化疗可以改变宫颈癌患者的mi R-138表达水平,且mi R-138的表达水平可能与化疗药物敏感性密切相关。  相似文献
