The parasitoid Microctonus hyperodae Loan (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) was introduced into New Zealand to control the weevil Listronotus bonariensis (Kuschel) (Coleoptera: Curculionidae), a major pest of graminaceous plants. Four experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of various pesticides that are commonly used in the pastoral environments of L. bonariensis and M. hyperodae. Topical applications of aqueous solutions prepared from commercial formulations of five herbicides were not toxic, but the surfactant Silwett L‐77 increased M. hyperodae mortality relative to the water‐treated controls. Laboratory assays showed that M. hyperodae adults were susceptible to chlorpyrifos residues on pasture foliage following application of the insecticide to field plots at ≥5 g a.i. ha?1. Maintenance of L. bonariensis on ryegrass in the laboratory showed that treatment of the food plants with chlorpyrifos at ≥96 g a.i. ha?1 reduced L. bonariensis survivorship and ultimately reduced M. hyperodae prepupal emergence from those hosts. Initially, mortalities of non‐parasitized L. bonariensis were significantly greater than for parasitized L. bonariensis. Maintenance of parasitized L. bonariensis on diflubenzuron‐treated ryegrass plants arrested M. hyperodae larval development in the host and ultimately reduced prepupal emergence of M. hyperodae from those hosts. Despite the arrested development of M. hyperodae, the mortality of L. bonariensis hosts was increased. Adult M. hyperodae successfully reared from hosts maintained on diflubenzuron (12.5 g a.i. ha?1) treated food plants had reduced reproductive potential. The consequences of pasture management strategies that employ pesticides are discussed in relation to biocontrol of L. bonariensis by M. hyperodae.  相似文献

应用蜘蛛血细胞微核试验和单细胞凝胶电泳试验研究了两种杀虫剂啶虫脒和毒死蜱对蜘蛛头胸部和腹部血细胞DNA的损伤作用。结果表明:在啶虫脒和毒死蜱各供试浓度作用下,对蜘蛛血细胞微核率有明显的影响,与对照组相比有显著性差异(p<0.05,p<0.01);且随着两种农药浓度升高,血细胞微核率显著增加,存在明显的剂量-效应关系(啶虫脒浓度与星豹蛛头胸部血细胞微核率相关系数r=0.9284,腹部为r=0.9071;毒死蜱与星豹蛛头胸部血细胞微核率相关系数r=0.9841,腹部为r=0.9793);啶虫脒和毒死蜱对星豹蛛血细胞DNA损伤有明显的剂量-效应关系(啶虫脒浓度与星豹蛛头胸部血细胞DNA损伤相关系数r=0.9838,腹部为r=0.9834;毒死蜱与星豹蛛头胸部血细胞DNA损伤相关系数r=0.9807,腹部为r=0.9659);且两种农药在同种农药同一浓度作用下,对星豹蛛腹部血细胞微核率和DNA损伤程度要明显大于头胸部。  相似文献

以菠菜(Spinacia oleracea L.)为材料,研究了毒死蜱胁迫下海藻酸铈配合物对菠菜叶片抗坏血酸-谷胱甘肽循环的影响。结果表明,在毒死蜱胁迫下,菠菜叶片中H2O2积累量比对照明显增加,非酶促抗氧化物质-抗坏血酸(AsA)和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量明显降低,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)、脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR)和单脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(MDAR)的活性明显升高。在毒死蜱胁迫下,喷施不同浓度的海藻酸铈配合物使菠菜叶片中的H2O2积累量减少,AsA和GSH含量升高,APX、GR、DHAR和MDAR等抗氧化酶活性也有所提高,缓解了毒死蜱胁迫。试验表明,适宜浓度的海藻酸铈配合物处理可使菠菜叶片对毒死蜱胁迫有一定的缓解作用。  相似文献

在害虫治理中, 在消费或贮藏粮食加工产品的建筑设施或场所进行害虫防治需要将杀虫剂施用在各种基质表面上。为了测定不同基质表面上杀虫剂的药效, 将四纹豆象Callosobruchus maculatus (F.)成虫接触田间推荐剂量的阿维菌素、 溴氰菊酯和毒死蜱。结果表明: 施用在玻璃、 瓷砖、 塑料和纸盘表面上, 阿维菌素对四纹豆象成虫的致死率分别为63.33%, 22.41%, 12.9%和11.9%, 而溴氰菊酯在这4种基质表面上对四纹豆象成虫的致死率分别为 55%, 44.2%, 41.3%和 37.4%。在所有基质表面上接触毒死蜱, 四纹豆象成虫的死亡率均为100%。对数据进行的Probit 分析表明, 毒死蜱制剂在玻璃、 瓷砖、 塑料和纸盘上对四纹豆象成虫 的LC50 值分别为 8.66, 13.6, 29.16和 56.5 μg/mL, 阿维菌素制剂的相应数值分别为119.4, 446.2, 774.2 和 836.4 μg/mL, 溴氰菊酯制剂的相应数值分别为 1 008, 1 131, 1 210和 1 336 μg/mL。据此推断, 毒死蜱对四纹豆象的毒性最强, 且在玻璃、 瓷砖、 塑料和纸盘表面上的毒性依次降低。  相似文献

An ecological assessment was conducted to determine the risk posed by agricultural pesticides to inland rivers of north-west New South Wales (NSW), Australia. A preliminary screening of 30 pesticides provided a short-list of eight for further investigation (atrazine, chlorpyrifos, diuron, endosulfan, fluometuron, metolachlor, profenofos, prometryn). Selection was based on chemical characteristics, toxicity, detection frequencies and environmental concentrations. Hazard quotients were calculated for both spray and non-spray seasons. Where possible, hazard quotients were calculated for both acute and chronic exposures for crustaceans, insects, micro-organisms, molluscs, plants and vertebrates. Chlorpyrifos, endosulfan and profenofos posed a high hazard (HQ > 0.5). A probabilistic risk analysis indicated that chlorpyrifos, endosulfan and profenofos posed a risk from acute exposure during the spray season, while endosulfan also posed a risk from chronic exposure during the spray season. The risks posed by profenofos and chlorpyrifos were characterised by a low probability of detection, but these detections affected a high percentage of species. The risks posed by acute and chronic exposures of endosulfan were characterised by a high probability of detection, but only a limited number of these detections affected a high percentage of species. Risk during the non-spray season was not assessed, as the detection of pesticides was infrequent during this period.  相似文献

Susceptibility of field populations of Helicoverpa armigera (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) from Punjab, Pakistan to selected insecticides was evaluated using the leaf dip method. The resistance factors varied between populations. The general trends were low to moderate resistance to endosulfan; very low to low resistance to chlorpyrifos and profenofos; very low resistance to spinosad, indoxacarb and thiodicarb; moderate to high resistance to bifenthrin; high to very high resistance to cypermethrin; and very high resistance to lambda-cyhalothrin. Integrated pest management strategies aimed at reducing pesticide application, such as rotating the conventional insecticides having low resistance with newly developed synthetic insecticides and conserving natural enemies, are recommended.  相似文献

The control program of codling moth (Cydia pomonella L.) in the Río Negro and Neuquén Valley is intended to neonate larvae. However, adults may be subjected to sublethal pesticide concentrations generating stress which might enhance both mutation rates and activity of the detoxification system. This study assessed the exposure effects of chlorpyrifos on target enzyme and, both detoxifying and antioxidant systems of surviving adults from both a laboratory susceptible strain (LSS) and a field population (FP). The results showed that the FP was as susceptible to chlorpyrifos as the LSS and, both exhibited a similar chlorpyrifos‐inhibitory concentration 50 (IC50) of acetylcholinesterase (AChE). The FP displayed higher carboxylesterase (CarE) and 7‐ethoxycoumarine O‐deethylase (ECOD) activities than LSS. Both LSS and FP showed an increase on CarE activity after the exposure to low‐chlorpyrifos concentrations, followed by enzyme inhibition at higher concentrations. There were no significant differences neither in the activities of glutathione S‐transferases (GST), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) nor in the reduced glutathione (GSH) content between LSS and FP. Moreover, these enzymes were unaffected by chlorpyrifos. In conclusion, control adults from the FP exhibited higher CarE and ECOD activities than control adults from the LSS. AChE and CarE activities were the most affected by chlorpyrifos. Control strategies used for C. pomonella, such as rotations of insecticides with different modes of action, will probably delay the evolution of insecticide resistance in FPs from the study area.  相似文献

B型烟粉虱田间种群对毒死蜱和敌敌畏抗性的生化机制   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
通过增效剂生物测定和生化分析,探讨了采自福建省的B型烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci 6个田间种群对毒死蜱和敌敌畏抗性的生化机制。结果表明:与敏感品系SUD-S相比,6个田间种群对毒死蜱和敌敌畏分别具有54.53~78.43倍和6.23~11.25倍的抗性。TPP、PBO和DEM对毒死蜱的增效比分别为3.61~24.94倍、1.14~1.76倍和1.04倍,对敌敌畏的增效比分别为1.67~2.64倍、1.33~1.65倍和1.09倍,表明羧酸酯酶的解毒代谢在烟粉虱对毒死蜱的抗性中起着重要作用。烟粉虱抗性种群乙酰胆碱酯酶的Km值是敏感品系的1.83~4.0倍,V max值是敏感品系的0.34~0.62倍; 敏感品系乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性在底物浓度大于1.0 mmol/L时受抑制,抗性种群乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性在底物浓度大于16 mmol/L时受抑制;抗性种群乙酰胆碱酯酶对敌敌畏和毒死蜱的敏感度分别比敏感品系低119.92~161.33倍和10.11~14.24倍,表明烟粉虱田间抗性种群乙酰胆碱酯酶可能已发生了变构,由变构引起的乙酰胆碱酯酶不敏感是烟粉虱田间种群对毒死蜱和敌敌畏产生抗性的重要原因。结果提示,乙酰胆碱酯酶不敏感性和羧酸酯酶的解毒代谢在烟粉虱对毒死蜱的抗性中均起着重要作用,而乙酰胆碱酯酶不敏感性在对敌敌畏的抗性中起重要的作用,多功能氧化酶和谷胱甘肽S转移酶在烟粉虱对毒死蜱和敌敌畏抗性中所起的作用不大。  相似文献
