为了改良支原体培养基配方,评价其效果。按《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称药典)中规定的灵敏度比较方法,将实验室制备的新型支原体改良培养基与《药典》中支原体检查法推荐的处方培养基和商品化支原体培养基进行灵敏度效果比较试验。结果表明,改良后的支原体肉汤和半流体培养基,与接种口腔支原体和肺炎支原体及其它支原体的精氨酸培养基、支原体肉汤培养基无显著差异;与接种肺炎支原体的支原体半流体培养基无显著差异;与接种口腔支原体的支原体半流体培养基差异显著。因此经改良后的支原体培养基灵敏度能够满足药典规定的要求,但其操作简便,且成本低于现有的支原体培养基。 相似文献

BackgroundA complete dataset is essential for biomedical implementation. Due to the limitation of objective or subjective factors, missing data often occurs, which exerts uncertainty in the subsequent data processing. Commonly used methods of interpolation are interpolating substitute values that keep minimum error. Some applications of statistics are usually used for handling this problem.MethodsWe are trying to find a higher performance interpolation method compared with the usual statistic methods, by using artificial intelligence which is in full swing today. The prediction and classification of backpropagation neural network are used in this paper, describes a missing data interpolation method to propose the interpolation model that mines association rules in the data. In the experiment, depending on a multi-layer network structure, the model is trained and tested by sample data, constantly revises network weights and thresholds. The error function decreases along the negative gradient direction and approaches the expected real output. The model is validated on the breast cancer dataset, and we select real samples from the data set for validation, moreover, add four traditional methods as a control group.ResultsThe proposed method has great performance improvement in the interpolation of missing data. Experimental results show that the interpolation accuracy of our proposed method (84%) is higher than four traditional methods (1.33%, 74.67%, 73.33%, 77.33%) as mentioned in this paper, BPNN stays low in MSE evaluation. Finally, we analyze the performance of various methods in processing missing data.ConclusionsThe study in this paper has estimated missing data with high accuracy as much as possible to reduce the negative impact in the diagnosis of real life. In order to find orally active Zn(II) complexes that can treat diabetes mellitus (DM) at low doses, four new Zn(II)-dithiocarbamate complexes with Zn(II)-sulfur coordination bonds were prepared and their in vitro insulinomimetic activity and in vivo anti-diabetic ability were evaluated. Among the Zn(II)-dithiocarbamate complexes, the bis(pyrrolidine-N-dithiocarbamate)zinc(II) (Zn(pdc)(2)) complex was found to be the most effective in terms of inhibiting free fatty acid-release and enhancing glucose-uptake in adipocytes. After oral administration of the Zn(pdc)(2) complex to KK-A(y) mice with obesity and type 2 DM, we observed that the high blood glucose levels in the mice were lowered from approximately 500 mg/dL to 350 mg/dL within 6 days, and the effect was maintained during the administration period. Also, indicators of insulin resistance such as serum insulin, leptin, and triglyceride levels were also reduced compared with those in untreated mice. Moreover, the Zn(pdc)(2) complex improved not only the hypertension in the mice, but also the adiponectin level in the serum. On the basis of the results, the Zn(pdc)(2) complex is proposed to improve hyperglycemia and insulin resistance in type 2 DM animals on daily oral administrations. 相似文献
