基于高分辨率遥感影像的北亚热带森林生物量反演   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以北亚热带湖北省太子山林场为研究对象,基于高空间分辨率GF-2与SPOT-6卫星影像,提取不同窗口大小下的纹理信息与光谱信息,利用随机森林回归算法,并结合野外实测106块样地的生物量数据,建立不同影像下的太子山林场森林生物量反演模型。结果显示:(1) GF-2和SPOT-6虽然空间分辨率有差异,但是从其不同波段反射率的相关系数(0.75、0.78、0.73、0.61)发现,两种影像的波段反射率具有较高的相关性,说明两者的辐射性能相近;(2)通过分析不同纹理特征对生物量模型的影响,发现均值和对比度纹理参数对生物量反演具有很好的效果。(3)高分辨率的遥感数据在生物量反演中具有较好的表现,且GF-2生物量模型精度(R2=0.88,RMSE=27.11 Mg/hm2)与SPOT-6生物量模型的精度(R2=0.89,RMSE=23.93 Mg/hm2)相近。(4)两种影像对不同森林类型的生物量预测值不存在显著差异,都适合对不同林分类型的生物量进行预测。  相似文献

TET2,a member of ten-eleven translocation(TET)family as a-ketoglutarate-and Fe2+-dependent dioxygenase catalyzing the iterative oxidation of 5-methylcytosine(5mC),has been widely recognized to be an important regulator for normal hematopoiesis especially myelopoiesis.Mutation and dysregulation of TET2 contribute to the development of multiple hematological malignancies.Recent studies reveal that TET2 also plays an important role in innate immune homeostasis by promoting DNA demethylation or independent of its enzymatic activity.Here,we focus on the functions of TET2 in the initiation and resolution of inflammation through epigenetic regulation and signaling network.In addition,we highlight regulation of TET2 at various molecular levels as well as the correlated inflammatory diseases,which will provide the insight to intervene in the pathological process caused by TET2 dysregulation.  相似文献

本文提出了一种提高微波热声断层成像层析能力的方法和装置.基于热声成像原理和声聚焦理论,搭建了由超短脉冲微波源、384阵元环形探测器、声聚焦透镜、384-64通道采集切换系统、精密扫描位移平台构成的微波热声三维成像系统,并实现了模拟样品的断层成像.实验结果表明该系统能够实现亚毫米级分辨率的热声成像,通过声聚焦方法成倍地提高了其层析分辨率.这对推动微波热声CT技术走向临床具有重要的意义.  相似文献

Life within the soil is vital for maintaining life on Earth due to the numerous ecosystem services that it provides. However, there is evidence that pressures on the soil biota are increasing which may undermine some of these ecosystem services. Current levels of belowground biodiversity are relatively poorly known, and so no benchmark exists by which to measure possible future losses of biodiversity. Furthermore, the relative risk that each type of anthropogenic pressures places on the soil biota remains unclear. Potential threats to soil biodiversity were calculated through the use of a composite score produced from data collected from 20 international experts using the budget allocation methodology. This allowed relative weightings to be given to each of the identified pressures for which data were available in the European Soil Data Centre (ESDC). A total of seven different indicators were used for calculating the composite scores. These data were applied through a model using ArcGIS to produce a spatial analysis of composite pressures on soil biodiversity at the European scale. The model highlights the variation in the composite result of the potential threats to soil biodiversity. A sensitivity analysis demonstrated that the intensity of land exploitation, both in terms of agriculture and use intensity, as well as in terms of land‐use dynamics, were the main factors applying pressure on soil biodiversity. It is important to note that the model should not be viewed as an estimate of the current level of soil biodiversity in Europe, but as an estimate of pressures that are currently being exerted. The results obtained should be seen as a starting point for further investigation on this relatively unknown issue and demonstrate the utility of this type of model which may be applied to other regions and scales.  相似文献

研究仲醇的酶催化动力学拆分机制,发现酰基供体的结构是影响酶催化动力学拆分选择性的一个重要因素。通过实验发现了一类用于仲醇动力学拆分(KR)的优秀酰基供体——长链有机酸的对氯苯酚酯,并将这种酰基供体成功用于褶皱念珠菌脂肪酶(CRL)催化的仲醇动力学拆分过程。在1-苯乙醇的动力学拆分(KR)过程中,随着对氯苯酚有机酸酯供体中酰基部分碳原子数的增加,产物的对映体过量值(e.e.p值)也在不断地提高。当碳原子数≥5,转化率达到50%时,产物的叫.。值仍能保持大于99%。这样的规律也适用于其他的仲醇拆分过程,当选择对氯苯酚戊酸酯作为酰基供体用于其他仲醇的动力学拆分过程时,可以实现仲醇的高效拆分,反应6h转化率达到50%,产物的对映体过量值e.e.p为100%。  相似文献

Human schistosomiasis caused by Schistosoma japonicum and Schistosoma mekongi is a chronic and debilitating helminthic disease still prevalent in several countries of Asia. Due to morphological similarities of cercariae and eggs of these 2 species, microscopic differentiation is difficult. High resolution melting (HRM) real-time PCR is developed as an alternative tool for the detection and differentiation of these 2 species. A primer pair was designed for targeting the 18S ribosomal RNA gene to generate PCR products of 156 base pairs for both species. The melting points of S. japonicum and S. mekongi PCR products were 84.5±0.07℃ and 85.7±0.07℃, respectively. The method permits amplification from a single cercaria or an egg. The HRM real-time PCR is a rapid and simple tool for differentiation of S. japonicum and S. mekongi in the intermediate and final hosts.  相似文献

A case‐study is presented of two Los Angeles‐based cross‐cultural coalitions, the Black‐Korean Alliance [BKA] and the Latino‐Black Roundtable [LBR]. An analysis of the development and eventual dissolution of these two coalitions is presented against the backdrop of the history of relations between the African‐American, Korean‐American and Latino communities of Los Angeles. The central issues leading to the breakup of the two coalitions were: lack of resources, internal power dynamics between coalition partners, nationalistic factions within the broader communities, cross‐cultural dynamics between coalition members, the use of a dialogue model to frame coalition activities, and the analysis of intergroup relations underlying the formation of the coalitions. The applied and theoretical implications of the research are discussed.  相似文献

Acute inflammation is a prominent feature of central nervous system (CNS) insult and is detrimental to the CNS tissue. Although this reaction spontaneously diminishes within a short period of time, the mechanism underlying this inflammatory resolution remains largely unknown. In this study, we demonstrated that an initial infiltration of Ly6C+Ly6G? immature monocyte fraction exhibited the same characteristics as myeloid‐derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), and played a critical role in the resolution of acute inflammation and in the subsequent tissue repair by using mice spinal cord injury (SCI) model. Complete depletion of Ly6C+Ly6G? fraction prior to injury by anti‐Gr‐1 antibody (clone: RB6‐8C5) treatment significantly exacerbated tissue edema, vessel permeability, and hemorrhage, causing impaired neurological outcomes. Functional recovery was barely impaired when infiltration was allowed for the initial 24 h after injury, suggesting that MDSC infiltration at an early phase is critical to improve the neurological outcome. Moreover, intraspinal transplantation of ex vivo‐generated MDSCs at sites of SCI significantly reduced inflammation and promoted tissue regeneration, resulting in better functional recovery. Our findings reveal the crucial role of an Ly6C+Ly6G? fraction as MDSCs in regulating inflammation and tissue repair after SCI, and also suggests an MDSC‐based strategy that can be applied to acute inflammatory diseases.  相似文献

This article discusses the issue of treaty regimes in parallel to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea in respect of peaceful settlement of disputes concerning the interpretation or application of the Convention. The duality in relevancy of such disputes to two treaties at the same time would have begged the question about which treaty should be applied to settle them, but UNCLOS has a clear, conflict-of-law style rules in place to address the question. Article 281(1) is one such rule, and, with its exclusionary effect, stands out as a super provision of the Convention.  相似文献
