蜂蜜是一种蜜蜂采集植物花蜜后酿制而成的天然甜味物质,具有丰富营养成分和多种生理活性功能。本文明确了苯甲酸是蜂蜜中天然存在的一种特征性风味物质,且含量与蜜源植物有关,并对其检测方法、形成机理、代谢途径和稳定性等进行了概述。最后,提出应深入细化蜂蜜等食品中苯甲酸形成机理的基础研究,不仅可针对性降低加工工艺导致的含量升高,更可为传统产业科技转型升级提供技术支持。  相似文献

Chimerism is produced by the somatic fusion of two or more genetically distinct conspecific individuals. In animals, the main cost of fusion is competition between genetically different cell lineages and the probability of original cell line replacement by more competitive invasive lines, which limits its natural frequency (3%–5%). In red and brown seaweeds, chimerism is widespread (27%–53%), seemingly without the negative outcomes described for animals. The rigidity of cell walls in macroalgae prevents cell motility and invasions. In addition, in moving waters, most somatic fusions involve the holdfast. Histological observations in laboratory‐built bicolor macroalgal chimeras indicated that upright axes emerge from the base of plants by proliferation and vertical growth of discrete cell groups that include one or just a few of the cell lineages occurring in the holdfasts. Laboratory experiments showed growth competition between cell lineages, thus explaining lineage segregation during growth along originally chimeric erect axes. Genotyping of the axes showed more heterogeneous tissues basally, but apically more homogeneous ones, generating a vertical gradient of allele abundance and diversity. The few chimeric primary branches produced, eventually became homogenous after repeated branching. Therefore, coalescing macroagae exhibit a unique pattern of post‐fusion growth, with the capacity to reverse chimerism. This pattern is significantly different from those in animals and land plants, suggesting chimerism is a biologically heterogeneous concept.  相似文献

Tunichromes are 1,2-dehydrodopa containing bioactive peptidyl derivatives found in blood cells of several tunicates. They have been implicated in metal sequestering, tunic formation, wound healing and defense reaction. Earlier studies conducted on these compounds indicate their extreme liability, high reactivity and easy oxidative polymerization. Their reactions are also complicated by the presence of multiple dehydrodopyl units. Since they have been invoked in crosslinking and covalent binding, to understand the reactivities of these novel compounds, we have taken a simple model compound that possess the tunichrome reactive group viz., 1,2-dehydro-N-acetyldopamine (Dehydro NADA) and examined its reaction with N-acetylcysteine in presence of oxygen under both enzymatic and nonenzymatic conditions. Ultraviolet and visible spectral studies of reaction mixtures containing dehydro NADA and N-acetylcysteine in different molar ratios indicated the production of side chain and ring adducts of N-acetylcysteine to dehydro NADA. Liquid chromatography and mass spectral studies supported this contention and confirmed the production of several different products. Mass spectral analysis of these products show the potentials of dehydro NADA to form side chain adducts that can lead to polymeric products. This is the first report demonstrating the ability of dehydro dopyl units to form adducts and crosslinks with amino acid side chains.  相似文献

【目的】探究单核细胞增生李斯特菌(Listeria monocytogenes,Lm)rmlB基因在细菌耐药、生物被膜形成和毒力方面的作用。【方法】通过同源重组的方法敲除Lm染色体上的rmlB基因,比较野生株与rmlB缺失株在耐药性方面的差异;利用微孔板法观测rmlB缺失菌株生物被膜形成能力的变化;利用RT-PCR检测缺失菌株中主要毒力基因转录表达,并观察rmlB缺失对细菌溶血活性的影响。【结果】同野生菌株相比,rmlB缺失菌株对头孢菌素和杆菌肽等作用位点在细菌细胞壁和细胞膜的敏感性显著增加(P≤0.01),生物被膜形成能力显著降低(P≤0.01),细菌主要毒力基因hly的转录表达及溶血活性也发生显著降低(P≤0.01)。【结论】rmlB基因在Lm生物被膜形成和耐受作用位点位于细胞壁和细胞膜的抗生素及细菌毒力方面具有重要作用。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate bone resistance after in ovo administration of copper nanoparticles (NanoCu) and to determine the number of cells positive for proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in the femoral bones of broiler chickens (n = 12 per group). The study demonstrated that femoral bones from the NanoCu group were characterised by a higher weight and volume and by significantly greater resistance to fractures compared to the Control group. NanoCu promoted the proliferation of PCNA-positive cells in the long bones of chickens. A significantly higher number of PCNA-positive cells in the bones of birds in the NanoCu group compared with the Control group (137 and 122, respectively) indicate a stimulatory effect during embryogenesis. Considering the improvement in bone resistance to fractures and the effect of NanoCu on the number of PCNA-positive cells in femoral bones, NanoCu may be an alternative agent to minimise the ever-present problem of weak bones in broiler chickens.  相似文献

Monitoring on the Lowveld reaches of the Olifants River, Limpopo River System, and its Steelpoort, Blyde, Klaserie and Selati tributaries was initiated in 2009. Analysis of the 2009–2015 data from four Olifants River sites showed deterioration in the river’s ecological condition between where it enters the Lowveld and where it enters the Kruger National Park, with a slight recovery within the Kruger National Park. Physico-chemical, aquatic macroinvertebrate and fish data collected in 2009–2015 at six sites on the Steelpoort, Blyde, Klaserie and Selati tributaries of the Olifants River corroborated the ecological condition of these tributaries. The Selati was the most polluted and was in a critically modified condition, whereas the Klaserie and Steelpoort were in fair condition and the Blyde was in good condition. The Selati appeared to have a significant negative impact on the water quality, macroinvertebrates and fish of the Olifants River within the Kruger National Park.  相似文献

In the most efficient solar cells based on blends of a conjugated polymer (electron donor) and a fullerene derivative (electron acceptor),ultrafast formation of charge‐transfer (CT) electronic states at the donor‐acceptor interfaces and efficient separation of these CT states into free charges, lead to internal quantum efficiencies near 100%. However, there occur substantial energy losses due to the non‐radiative recombinations of the charges, mediated by the loweset‐energy (singlet and triplet) CT states; for example, such recombinations can lead to the formation of triplet excited electronic states on the polymer chains, which do not generate free charges. This issue remains a major factor limiting the power conversion efficiencies (PCE) of these devices. The recombination rates are, however, difficult to quantify experimentally. To shed light on these issues, here, an integrated multi‐scale theoretical approach that combines molecular dynamics simulations with quantum chemistry calculations is employed in order to establish the relationships among chemical structures, molecular packing, and non‐radiative recombination losses mediated by the lowest‐energy charge‐transfer states.  相似文献

Artificial cranial deformations (ACD) are a widespread cultural practice found in numerous historical and prehistoric contexts. Their study can yield valuable insight into craniofacial growth, specifically into the interactions between neurocranial and basicranial modules. This study seeks to reinvestigate the presumed effect of ACD on basicranial and masticatory elements by applying a 3D geometric morphometric approach to CT scans. A total of 51 French and Bolivian skulls, representing anteroposterior and circumferential deformations and including undeformed individuals, were scanned, and 3D landmarks were submitted to between-group principal components analysis and two-block partial least-squares analysis. Our results illustrate changes in basicranial shape and in cranial base angles induced by ACD, as well as in masticatory geometry, namely in the relative position of the mandibular fossae. Furthermore, our findings highlight differential effects of the various deformation types, which suggest that patterns of covariation between modified vaults and their associated basicrania are more complex than previously assumed, thereby stressing the degree of plasticity in human craniofacial growth.  相似文献

In many natural systems, the physical structure of the landscape dictates the flow of resources. Despite mounting evidence that communities’ dynamics can be indirectly coupled by reciprocal among ecosystem resource flows, our understanding of how directional resource flows might indirectly link biological communities is limited. We here propose that differences in community structure upstream should lead to different downstream dynamics, even in the absence of dispersal of organisms. We report an experimental test of the effect of upstream community structure on downstream community dynamics in a simplified but highly controlled setting, using protist microcosms. We implemented directional flows of resources, without dispersal, from a standard resource pool into upstream communities of contrasting interaction structure and then to further downstream communities of either one or two trophic levels. Our results demonstrate that different types of species interactions in upstream habitats may lead to different population sizes and levels of biomass in these upstream habitats. This, in turn, leads to varying levels of detritus transfer (dead biomass) to the downstream communities, thus influencing their population densities and trophic interactions in predictable ways. Our results suggest that the structure of species interactions in directionally structured ecosystems can be a key mediator of alterations to downstream habitats. Alterations to upstream habitats can thus cascade down to downstream communities, even without dispersal.  相似文献
