IND综合评价的逻辑结构及成药性评价

基于各学科信息作出安全性、有效性和质量可控性方面的综合评价是新药研究评价的灵魂，是一个多学科、多组织参与的综合决策过程。根据新药评价研究的实际工作经验，介绍一个新药临床试验综合评价的逻辑性、结构性的工作思考模式，有助于将不同专业的技术信息和技术结论有机整合，作出科学决策。     

福建冬青属二新种

本文描述了发现于福建的冬青科冬青属2新种——泰宁冬青Ilex tainingensis G. S. He和南平冬青I. nanpingensis G. S. He，并分别说明两者与其他近缘种的区别要点。泰宁冬青与太平山冬青I. sugerokii Maxim.的区别在于前种小枝被毛，无棱槽，叶片宽卵圆形，花淡紫色，分核表面具细条纹，背后中部有一凹槽。南平冬青与拟榕叶冬青I. subficoidea S. Y. Hu区别在于前种果为椭圆形，较大，表面光滑无腺点，果梗长于1 cm，每分核上端有2尖角，均可以区别。     

山西省异爪蝗属二新种（直翅目：网翅蝗科）

本文记述在晋南地区采到的异爪蝗属二新种,黑条异爪蝗Euchorthippus nigiliineatus sp.nov.及曲线异爪蝗Eochorthippus sinucarinatus sp.nov.     

陕西省新型城镇化与生态环境协调度研究

城镇化与生态环境之间相互影响、相互促进，两系统间耦合协调状态对于区域绿色可持续发展意义重大。以陕西省2005—2019年数据为例，在构建新型城镇化与生态环境系统评价指标体系的基础上结合耦合协调度模型、相对发展模型及面板向量自回归(PVAR)模型分析新型城镇化系统与生态环境系统间的耦合协调时空规律及互动关系。结果表明：(1)陕西省耦合协调度总体呈现“基本不协调—基本协调—中度协调”的演变规律。(2)各市耦合协调发展状态空间差异明显，2005年、2013年、2019年陕西省10个城市新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调发展状态存在较大差异性，相对发展状态整体上由新型城镇化滞后状态发展为生态环境滞后状态。(3)脉冲响应图反映出新型城镇化与生态环境两系统间存在明显互动关系，前期生态环境受新型城镇化冲击的负向抑制作用，后期影响逐渐减小，受自身冲击较大，而新型城镇化发展前后期均主要受自身影响。本研究认为新型城镇化发展必须以生态为优先，在提高生态承载力的基础上，加速提升陕西省各区域空间人口等不同维度城镇化发展水平，从而实现高质量可持续的绿色发展目标。     

Morphogenia: a new genus of the Neotropical tribe Jubini (Coleoptera,Staphylinidae, Pselaphinae) from the Brazilian Amazon

A new genus and species of the large Neotropical pselaphine tribe Jubini is described from Manaus, Brazil, based on material preserved in the Natural History Museum, London. Morphogenia struhli gen. et sp. n. represents the possible sister taxon of the abundant and speciose genus Barrojuba Park, sharing with it the putatively derived condition of anterolaterally shifted vertexal foveae, producing a smoothly convex vertex devoid of fovea or sulci. However, unlike Barrojuba, Morphogenia retains a plesiomorphic antebasal sulcus on the pronotum in both sexes, and additionally lacks elaborate abdominal fovea-like pockets and teeth on the lateral margins of the pronotum that are typical of Barrojuba. The genus is also unusual among jubine genera in lacking the characteristic V- or Y-shaped gular carina. In contrast to the commonly-collected Barrojuba, specimens of Morphogenia are absent in extensive jubine collections housed in museums in the United States, indicating that the new taxon may be relatively scarce or localised.     

Prunus necrotic ringspot virus isolates in stone fruit germplasm accessions and cultivars in Israel

Prunus necrotic ringspot virus (PNRSV) was detected in almonds, plum and apricot germplasm accessions and local almond cultivars in Israel. PNRSV was widespread both in wild and cultivated almond trees and uncommon in wild apricots and plums. The possible variation among the PNRSV isolates was initially evaluated by restriction analysis of PCR products representing the CP gene with the endonuclease RsaI and followed by nucleotide sequence analysis of selected isolates. It was concluded that all 13 isolates belong to group PV96, the largest cluster of PNRSV isolates, described previously. Two PNRSV isolates, one from a plum accession and one from an almond cultivar, were found to be distinct members of group PV96 with unique nucleotide modifications not found in other documented isolates of this virus. However, no PNRSV isolate typical to a specific host and/or to the Middle East region could be identified. This study expands the body of data on variability of PNRSV isolates and highlights the importance of assessing the virus status of germplasm collections by applying reliable diagnostic and differentiating methods.     

A NEW RHEOCRICOTOPUS THIENEMANN & HARNISCHIA (DIPTERA: CHIRONOMIDAE) FROM TAIWAN PROVINCE CHINA

Abstract  Rheocricotopus (Psilocricotopus) taiwanensis sp. n. from Taiwan, China, is described as male imagines. The species is allied to R. (P.) chalybeatus (Edwards) but it is easily separated from the latter in lacking setae in all reins, much lower AR and more pronounced crista dorsalis in gonostylus. The genus is new to Taiwan Province, China. The specimen is deposited at the Department of Biology, Nankai University, Tianjin.     

Taxonomic Review of the Genus Eudorylas Aczél (Diptera: Pipunculidae) in Korea

The Korean species of the genus Eudorylas Aczél have been studied. A total of 16 species are arranged herein. Among them, E. paraappendiculatus sp. nov. is new to science, and E. nomurai Morakote et Yano, 1990 is newly recorded in the Korean fauna.
