广西木莲属一新种

<正> 乔木,高约10米;芽被褐色柔毛;老枝被黑色微柔毛,新枝密被锈色或褐色长柔毛。叶倒披针形,长18—20厘米,宽6—8厘米,先端骤尖,基部楔形,上面光亮,下面暗淡,被贴伏褐色柔毛,中脉在上面下陷,下面隆起,侧脉每边14—19条,与小脉在两面明显隆起,小脉密网状,叶柄长约2厘米,被贴伏褐色柔毛;托叶痕长约为叶柄的1/3,托叶与叶柄基部贴生。花梗长约6厘米,粗壮,密被褐色长柔毛;花白色,花被片总是11片,无毛,外3     

濒危植物巴东木莲种子休眠与萌发特性的研究

巴东木莲(Manglietia patungensis)为我国特有种, 属国家重点保护植物。为找出其生殖环节中的致危因素, 作者对巴东木莲种子休眠与后熟过程中的形态和萌发特性进行了研究。结果表明, 巴东木莲种胚发育不完全可能是种子休眠的主要原因, 在其后熟过程中胚不断分化、发育成熟; 种皮具有较好的透性, 与休眠的关系不大; 种子不同部位均存在萌发抑制物, 胚乳中高含量的萌发抑制物是影响胚萌发的重要因素。内源激素ABA和IAA在巴东木莲种子休眠与萌发过程中起着重要作用, ABA是引起休眠的关键因素, IAA有助于种子的萌发, IAA/ABA相对含量的变化对种子的休眠和萌发产生重要影响。巴东木莲种子的休眠是由种子本身的形态和生理特点引起的综合休眠, 在4℃低温保湿条件下才能完成其形态和生理后熟过程, 而自然条件下, 巴东木莲种子成熟时正值秋季少雨, 很容易失水而不能完成其后熟过程而失去生活力, 这可能是导致该物种自然更新困难的重要原因。     

Comparative Anatomical Studies on the Vessel Elements of Eight Genera in Magnoliaceae

This paper deals mainly with comparative studies on vessel elements of secondary xylem in Chinese Manglietia, Manglietiastrum, Alcimandra, Parakmeria, Paramichelia, Tsoongiodendron, Aromadendron and Liriodendron. There are some differences between the genera in vessel element length and width. Manglietia species all have scalariform perforation plates, only a few also have simple perforations. The other genera have scalariform perforation plates. only one (Tsoongiodendron odorum Chun) has simple perforations in addition. There are no spiral thickenings in Manglietia except for one species [Manglietia chingii Dandy (M. temuipes Dandy)] . Paramichelia and Liriodendron have no spiral thichenings, but they are present in the other genera. In addition, some other differences in vessel elements between these 8 genera are also discussed.     

国家保护植物厚叶木莲资源调查研究

基于对国家Ⅱ级重点保护野生植物厚叶木莲(Manglietia pachyphylla)部分产地的野外实地考察,并结合相关文献、数据库的分析考证,综述其分类学地位、产地与生境、标本记录、研究进展及致危因素。厚叶木莲自1961年发表以来,迄今已有50多年,其分布区范围从最初认为的广东特有,到与广西共有,其中广东新丰云髻山省级自然保护区的厚叶木莲种群因数量较多,分布较北及海拔较高而颇具特色。因广东省内的厚叶木莲种群多属于衰退种群,需加强就地保护、迁地保护、科学研究及宣传教育。     

杉木乳源木莲混交林凋落物研究

分析10年生杉木乳源木莲(3∶1)混交林和杉木纯林凋落物的数量、组成以及凋落规律、分解速率和养分归还量。结果表明,混交林平均年凋落物量4004kg·hm-2(8~10年),是杉木纯林凋落物量的3·15倍。在凋落物各组分中,落叶占比重最大。乳源木莲一年中有3次凋落高峰,95%的凋落物分解仅需2·1年,杉木需要4·4年,主要营养元素归还较快,对维持地力,实现森林的可持续发展有积极的作用。     

木兰科上的两个星盾炱属新种

作者在研究木兰科植物叶面寄生真菌时,发现了星盾炱属两个新种。它们是木莲星盾炱Asterina manglietiae和含笑生星盾炱Asterina micheliicola。它们分别寄生在毛桃木莲Manglietia moto 和深山含笑Michelia maudiae的叶上。模式标本保存在广东省微生物研究所标本室(HMIGD)。     

木莲属(木兰科)5种植物的花粉形态

光学显微镜下观察的木莲属(Manglietia)5种植物的花粉形态相似。长赤道轴大于45μm,属于大的花粉。扫描电镜下观察,花粉外壁均为小穴状雕纹,但毛桃木莲(Manglietia moto)和厚叶木莲(M．pachyphylla)略为粗糙。透射电镜下观察,5种植物花粉外壁均可分为覆盖层、柱状层和基层。覆盖层不连续,有小穿孔。在远极面萌发沟区域,外壁逐渐减薄,最后覆盖层和柱状层消失,仅残留基层。柱状层内空间较密实,内部空隙小,多由颗粒构成,处于小柱发育的初级阶段。孢粉学资料证明木莲属是木兰科最原始的类群。     

华木莲的遗传多样性研究

利用ISSR标记对中国特有植物华木莲(Manglietia decidua Q．Y．Zheng)的遗传多样性进行了研究,从90个引物中筛选出10个引物用于正式扩增,共扩增出81条DNA带,其中多态性DNA带14条,占17．28％,平均每个引物扩增的DNA带8．1条,多态性条带1．4条。结果表明：华木莲的遗传多样性水平较低(种水平的遗传多样性Hr为0．0649,居群水平的遗传多样性Hs为0．0515,多态位点百分率P为17．28％)。与物种的遗传多样性平均水平、同科的其它种类以及其它特有植物相比,华木莲的遗传多样性极低。     

濒危植物红花木莲小孢子发生及雄配子体发育的研究

首次报道了木莲属胚胎学特性,研究了红花木莲Manglietia insignis(Wall.)Bl.的小孢子发生、雄配子体的发育以及花粉萌发情况,红花木莲花药具有４个小孢子囊。花药壁５－６层,腺质绒毡层具有２－层细胞,小孢减数分裂后胞质分裂为修性同时型;四个分体排列方式为交叉型或左右对称型,偶为直线型;成熟花粉为二细胞型花粉粒,同时报道了化粉木莲在小孢子发生过程中的特有的现象,花粉萌发率为１４．７％－２５．３％。联系红花木莲花粉粒数目和胚珠数目进行探讨,认为雄配子体发育不是影响红花木莲结籽率低的主要因素。
