思茅松天然林树冠结构模型   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以云南省普洱市思茅区思茅松天然林为研究对象,采用枝解析调查了34株思茅松样木的树冠数据,分析了一级枝枝长、枝径、着枝角度、弦长和树冠半径5个树冠形状变量的变化规律,分别构建其预估模型;分析了树冠结构变化,分别构建了一级枝轮枝高度预估模型、一级枝枝条数量预估模型和一级枝枝条数量累积预估模型,并采用独立样本进行模型统计精度检验。结果表明:8个预估模型的预测效果良好,精度达到91%以上,尤其是一级枝着枝角度模型和一级枝轮枝高度模型预测精度达到97%以上。研究结果合理准确描述思茅松树冠结构的变化,为思茅松天然林的经营管理提供科学依据。  相似文献

Molar crown morphology varies among primates from relatively simple in some taxa to more complex in others, with such variability having both functional and taxonomic significance. In addition to the primary cusps, crown surface complexity derives from the presence of crests, cuspules, and crenulations. Developmentally, this complexity results from the deposition of an enamel cap over a basement membrane (the morphology of which is preserved as the enamel‐dentine junction, or EDJ, in fully formed teeth). However, the relative contribution of the enamel cap and the EDJ to molar crown complexity is poorly characterized. In this study we examine the complexity of the EDJ and enamel surface of a broad sample of primate (including fossil hominin) lower molars through the application of micro‐computed tomography and dental topographic analysis. Surface complexity of the EDJ and outer enamel surface (OES) is quantified by first mapping, and then summing, the total number of discrete surface orientation patches. We investigate the relative contribution of the EDJ and enamel cap to crown complexity by assessing the correlation in patch counts between the EDJ and OES within taxa and within individual teeth. We identify three patterns of EDJ/OES complexity which demonstrate that both crown patterning early in development and the subsequent deposition of the enamel cap contribute to overall crown complexity in primates. Fusarium species cause important diseases in many crops. Lack of knowledge on how Fusarium species and strains interact with their environment hampers growth management strategies to control root diseases. A field experiment involving asparagus as host plant and three phosphorus fertilization levels was designed to examine the seasonal changes and ecological relationships between Fusarium populations and their soil and plant environments. Fusarium taxa were identified and assessed using PCR-denaturing gradient electrophoresis of the EF1-alpha gene. Resulting profiles were analyzed with respect to 17 ecological parameters measured during the three main asparagus phenological phases across a growing season. Multivariate statistical analysis showed that Fusarium population structure was strongly influenced by soil P level while seasonal variation was less important. A significant relationship between Fusarium population composition and Fusarium crown and root rot incidence was also found in September. Canonical analysis further revealed significant relationships between Fusarium population structure, and plant manganese and iron contents, soil dehydrogenase activity and soil calcium concentration. If higher Fusarium crown and root rot incidence is related to the Fusarium community structure, strategies to reduce the incidence in asparagus plantations may be found through manipulation of the soil fertility.  相似文献

从冠形、侧枝和叶片在树冠中的空间分布等方面对天然更新木荷(Schima superba Gardn.et Champ.)幼苗的树冠结构进行了研究,认为木荷幼苗的树冠对光照条件的变化有显著的可塑性响应。随着光照水平的提高,幼苗树冠由阔、松散型向相对紧密、窄冠型发展,表明木荷幼苗对不同光照环境有较强的适应能力。木荷幼苗在强光环境下产生短枝,在适度荫庇条件下侧枝和主枝同时向上方和侧方伸长生长;在强度遮阴条件下,侧枝发生强烈的伸长生长并发生强烈的分枝行为,同时在不同自然环境条件下幼苗的叶片密度由全光、林隙到林冠下逐渐提高。随着光照水平的减弱,1级侧枝密度逐渐降低,分枝(2级侧枝和3级侧枝)强度却逐渐增大,且侧枝在树冠上的分布有向匕集中的趋势。  相似文献

Qualitative and quantitative methods are employed to describe and compare up to 36 dental morphological variants in 15 Neolithic through Roman-period Egyptian samples. Trait frequencies are determined, and phenetic affinities are calculated using the mean measure of divergence and Mahalanobis D2 statistics for discrete traits; the most important traits in generating this intersample variation are identified with correspondence analysis. Assuming that the samples are representative of the populations from which they derive, and that phenetic similarity provides an estimate of genetic relatedness, these affinities are suggestive of overall population continuity. That is, other than a few outliers exhibiting extreme frequencies of nine influential traits, the dental samples appear to be largely homogenous and can be characterized as having morphologically simple, mass-reduced teeth. These findings are contrasted with those resulting from previous skeletal and other studies, and are used to appraise the viability of five Egyptian peopling scenarios. Specifically, affinities among the 15 time-successive samples suggest that: 1) there may be a connection between Neolithic and subsequent predynastic Egyptians, 2) predynastic Badarian and Naqada peoples may be closely related, 3) the dynastic period is likely an indigenous continuation of the Naqada culture, 4) there is support for overall biological uniformity through the dynastic period, and 5) this uniformity may continue into postdynastic times.  相似文献

Recent studies suggest that the hypodigms representing the two earliest Australopithecus (Au. anamensis and Au. afarensis) form an ancestor-descendant lineage. Understanding the details of this possible transition is important comparative evidence for assessing the likelihood of other examples of ancestor-descendant lineages within the hominin clade. To this end we have analyzed crown and cusp base areas of high resolution replicas of the mandibular molars of Au. anamensis (Allia Bay and Kanapoi sites) and those of Au. afarensis (Hadar, Laetoli, and Maka). We found no statistically significant differences in crown areas between these hypodigms although the mean of M(1) crowns was smaller in Au. anamensis, being the smallest of any Australopithecus species sampled to date. Intraspecies comparison of the areas of mesial cusps for each molar type using Wilcoxon signed rank test showed no differences for Au. anamensis. Significant differences were found between the protoconid and metaconid of Au. afarensis M(2)s and M(3)s. Furthermore, the area formed by the posterior cusps as a whole relative to the anterior cusps showed significant differences in Au. afarensis M(1)s and in Au. anamensis M(2)s but no differences were noted for M(3)s of either taxon. Developmental information derived from microstructural details in enamel shows that M(1) crown formation in Au. anamensis is similar to Pan and shorter than in H. sapiens. Taken together, these data suggests that the overall trend in the Au. anamensis-Au. afarensis transition may have involved a moderate increase in M(1) crown areas with relative expansion of distal cusps.  相似文献

采用样地调查和取样,研究了2008年初中国南方冰雪灾害对粤北天然次生林的损害特征及其产生的林冠残体量.结果表明,灾害对粤北天然林造成严重损害,林木受害特征主要是胸径较大的植株断枝、断梢和断干较多,胸径较小的容易压弯,坡度大的林分翻蔸受害率增加.灾后林地林冠残体总量为38.12~43.52 t hm-2,平均41.25 t hm-2;地表凋落叶11.79~12.87 t hm-2,平均12.47 t hm-2;灾害产生的枝、干木质残体量为24.27~30.65 t hm-2,平均28.41 t hm-2.天然常绿阔叶林产生的林冠残体量较常绿与落叶混交林和杉木人工林大,造成林地林冠残体量骤增,一方面使林地存在严重安全隐患(如发生火灾和病虫害的风险增加),另一方面大量的林冠残体归还林地、改变了森林生态系统的结构与功能.  相似文献

During 2006–2008, 572 isolates of Phytophthora capsici were collected from seven provinces in China, and their sensitivities to three carboxylic acid amides (CAA), dimethomorph, flumorph and pyrimorph were determined. Of these isolates, 90 isolates without a history of exposure to CAA fungicides (CAAs) were used to set up the baseline sensitivity. Baseline EC50 values ranged from 0.122 to 0.203 (mean ± SD, 0.154 ± 0.022) μg ml?1 for dimethomorph, from 0.301 to 0.487 (mean ± SD, 0.373 ± 0.043) μg ml?1 for flumorph and from 0.557 to 0.944 (mean ± SD, 0.712 ± 0.082) μg ml?1 for pyrimorph, respectively. The other 482 isolates were tested with a single discriminatory dose and were completely inhibited at 0.5 μg ml?1 of dimethomorph. Four CAA‐resistant mutants were generated by repeated exposure to dimethomorph in vitro. As compared to the parental wild‐type isolate, the four CAA‐resistant mutants showed similar fitness in hyphal growth, sporulation in vitro and pathogenicity in vivo. Mutants resistant to CAAs in the in vitro assay caused visible lesions on pepper stems or roots treated with the recommended dose of dimethomorph. Previous studies upon the mode of action of CAAs suggested that these fungicides maybe inhibit phospholipid biosynthesis and that the primary target could be the cholinephosphotranferase (CPT), which is referred to aminoalcoholphosphotransferases (AAPTs). We sequenced and analyzed two CPT (AAPT1 and AAPT2) genes in P. capsici. Based on the cDNA sequence, we found that the AAPT1 and AAPT2 gene span 1538 and 1459 bp and were interrupted by five and three introns, respectively. There was no difference between the parental wild‐type isolate and the four CAA‐resistant mutants in the amino acid sequences of AAPT1 and AAPT2 gene. So, it was assumed that the resistance to dimethomorph was not due to mutations in the amino acid sequence of these two possible target genes.  相似文献

Lateral roots (LRs) perform the essential tasks of providing water, nutrients, and physical support to plants. Therefore, understanding the regulation of LR development is of agronomic importance. Recent findings suggest that heme oxygenase (HO) plays an important role in LR development. In this study, we examined the effect of cobalt chloride (CoCl2) on LR formation and HO expression in rice. Treatment with CoCl2 induced LR formation and HO activity. We further observed that CoCl2 could induce the expression of OsHO1 but not OsHO2. CoCl2-increased HO activity occurred before LR formation. Zinc protoporphyrin IX (ZnPPIX, the specific inhibitor of HO) and hemoglobin (the carbon monoxide/nitric oxide scavenger) reduced LR formation, HO activity, and OsHO1 expression. Application of biliverdin, a product of HO-catalyzed reaction, to CoCl2-treated rice seedlings reversed the ZnPPIX-inhibited LR formation and ZnPPIX-decreased HO activity. CoCl2 had no effect on H2O2 content and nitric oxide production. Moreover, application of ascorbate, a H2O2 scavenger, failed to affect CoCl2-promoted LR formation and HO activity. It is concluded that HO is required for CoCl2-promoted LR formation in rice.  相似文献
