细胞外基质对发育和细胞分化的调控

我国东南沿海地区的VA菌根真菌：Ⅰ.四种硬囊霉

报道了从我国东南沿海地区山东,浙江,福建,广东,广西,海南等省分离的四种ＶＡ菌根真菌,枫香硬囊霉,台湾硬囊霉,悬钩子状硬囊霉。弯丝硬囊霉。其中枫香硬囊霉,台湾囊霉和悬钩子状硬囊霉在我国大陆初次发现,本文详细记叙了以上四个种的形态特征及生境状况。     

罗伦隐球酵母胞外多糖的研究I．发酵条件

研究了罗伦隐球酵母(Cryptococcus laurentii)产生胞外多糖的适宜条件。培养基组成(g／L)：葡萄糖80.00,酵母膏1.25,KH2PO4 3.00,MgSO4·7H2O 0.05,CaCO3 10.00,pH6.0。在30℃,旋转式摇床(200r／min)上培养6天。胞外多糖产量最高可达17.38g／L,对底物的转化率为21.725％。

宁夏毛绥螨属一新种：蜱螨亚纲：囊螨科

本文记述采自宁夏角川市郊柳树寄生多孔菌体上的毛绥螨属１新种－殷氏毛绥螨Ｌａｓｉｏｓｅｉｕｓ ｙｉｎｉ,ｓｐ．ｎｏｕ。,模式标本保存在宁夏回族自治区地方病防治所和沈阳农业大学。     

Visualization of Golgia apparatus as an intracellular calcium store by laser scanning confocal microscope

Using laser scanning confocal microscopy,we have found that the in cells loaded with fluo-3/AM,highest intracellular Ca^2 in the perinuclear region is associated with the Golgi apparatus.The spatiotemporal subcellular distribution of Ca^2 in living human fibroblasts exposing to calcium-free medium in response to agonists has been investigated.PDGF,which releases Ca^2 from intracellular stores by inositol(1,4,5)-trisphosphate pathway ,produced a biphasic transient rise in intracellular calcium.The initial rise was resulted from a direct release of calcium from the golgi apparatus.Calcium could be also released from and reaccumulated into the Golgi apparatus by the stimulation of thapsigargin,an inhibitor of the Ca^2 transport ATPase of intracellular calcium store,Permeablizing the plasma membrane by 10μM digitonin resulted in the calcium release from the Golgi apparatus and depletion of the internal calcium store.These results suggest that the Golgi apparatus plays a role in Ca^2 regulation in signal transduction.     

Short Communication—The detection of nuclear matrix in most primitive presentexisting eukaryote,Giardia lamblia

The nuclear matrix of diplomonad Giardia lamblia was detected for the first time with DGD embedmentsectioning-embedment free electron microscopy after a series of specific extractions.The result showed that archaezoa Giardia Lamblia already possessed nuclear matrix within its two nuclei.The finest fibrils of the nuclear matrix of Giardia lamblia were measured to be about 11 to 13 nm in thickness.However,the nuclear lamina and nucleolus have never been observed.These results seem to suggest that nuclear matrix is an indispensable intranuclear structural component even in the primitive nucleus.     

铜绿假单胞菌PIC－N萘降解基因的研究

铜绿假单胞菌（Ｐｓｅｕｄｏｍｏｎａｓａｅｒｕｇｉｎｏｓａ）ＰＩＣ－Ｎ对萘、邻苯二甲酸、水杨酸等有较强的氧化能力。发现该菌株以禁为底物可诱导产生芳香烃分解酶系。菌株中存在一个５７．４ｋｂ的质粒,经限制性内切酶ＨｉｎｄⅢ处理可产生７个片段,用限制性内切酶ＥｃｏＲⅠ处理可产生８个片段。将以限制性内切酶ＨｉｎｄⅢ部分酶切的片段克隆至大肠杆菌质粒ｐＭＦＹ４３上,获得２９个克隆株。通过对含有菌株ＰＩＣ－Ｎ质粒ＨｉｎｄⅢ片段的７个重组质粒进行限制酶分析,绘出了该质粒ＨｉｎｄⅢ内切酶７个切点的酶切图谱。
