Occurrence of rye (Secale cereale) 350-family DNA sequences inAgropyron and otherTriticeae

Evidence is presented that in the R and P genomes (Secale cereale andAgropyron cristatum, respectively) of theTriticeae there exist closely related 350-family DNA sequences in the terminal heterochromatin. This observation is compared to the relationships between these two genomes derived from a comparison of theNor and5 S DNA loci as well as the available data on morphological characters, chromosome pairing, and isozyme studies. It is concluded that the R and P genomes are not closely related and that the common presence of very similar 350-family DNA sequences reflects the parallel amplification of this family of DNA sequences.     

Frequent duplication and deletion events in the 5S RNA genes and the associated spacer regions of theTriticeae

The 5 S DNA units from 15 grasses in theTriticeae were analysed at the DNA sequence level. Four units carried duplications near the 3-end of the 5 S RNA gene with 3 of the duplications centred on the same base pairs as a duplication previously reported byGerlach & Dyer. The fourth duplication was located 3 downstream from the gene, in the spacer region. Apparent deletions were very frequent when units of the different grasses were compared and it was clear that these deletions did not extend into a 75 bp spacer region upstream from the 5 S RNA gene. This 75 bp region also tended to be more conserved between the grasses as compared to the high level of sequence change in the rest of the spacer region. — Phenetic relationships were established between the grasses using the sequence data. The relationships were generally consistent with the data from other parameters and, in addition, showed that two Australian grasses were closely related to the other Northern hemisphere genera examined. The data concerning the Australian grasses is discussed in relation to the isolated nature of Australia.     

锰重组钙调蛋白水质子弛豫速率的研究

钙调蛋白(CaM)是一种多功能调节蛋白,它含有4个Ca~(2+)结合域.晶体研究表明所有Ca~(2+)都与主链氧原子及酸性残基侧链氧原子配位,但Ca~(2+)的配位层中是否有水分子存在尚未确定.木文利用核磁共振技术,以Mn~(2+)为探针,通过测定水质子的核磁弛豫速率T_(1P)_(-1)建立了有关Ca~(2+)配位层中水分子数目的模型,该模型指出Cam中高、低亲和位上Ca~(2+)结合水的能力不同,高亲和位上Ca~(2+)的配位层中没有水分子存在,而低亲和位上Ca~(2+)配位层中含两个水分子.     

猪肺血管紧张素转换酶的提纯

本文报道了猪肺血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)的提纯方法及其鉴定,并讨论了方法的改进。肺匀浆经1.6—2.6mol/L硫酸铵沉淀,Sephadex G-200凝胶过滤,DEAE-Sephaeel及羟基磷灰石柱层析步骤,从168克肺中获得4.5毫克酶蛋白纯品。活力回收45.2％,比活力15.6单位/毫克蛋白;和匀浆上清比较,提纯390倍。经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(pH8.3)鉴定为一条带。按SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)测得其分子量为132,000道尔顿。酶蛋白在-30℃貯存10月,比活力丢失30％。     

豚鼠肠系膜下神经节细胞电活动与结肠运动的关系

在豚鼠肠系膜下神经节(IMG)及其支配的结肠段联合标本上,对IMG细胞内电位与肠段纵肌或环肌舒缩活动进行了同步记录。实验结果表明:(1)肠段预置张力为零时,约50％IMG细胞有自发的快兴奋性突触后电位(EPSP)活动,切断结肠神经或以筒箭毒(50μmol/L)灌流IMG后消失;(2)筒箭毒或低钙高镁溶液阻断神经节传递时,环肌节律性收缩幅度增大,节律变慢,但对纵肌节律性收缩无明显影响,(3)串刺激节前神经,在IMG细胞引起一串快EPSP或动作电位并常跟随迟慢的EPSP,同时,纵肌在0.1-0.2s潜伏期后出现迅速的、时程基本与动作电位串一致的舒张波,后者在筒箭毒灌流IMG后消失,而环肌运动可见舒张、舒张波延长或收缩波增大。结果提示:IMG不仅中继经典的胆碱能传出功能,还参与以胆碱能传递为中介的肠-肠反射,该反射活动的传出效应主要在于抑制环肌收缩。     

强化后期氮素营养对提高水稻结实率及改善米质的作用

加强后期氮素营养能提高杂交水稻碳氨同化能力和结实率,稻米的蛋白质和八种必需氨基酸含量、谷类蛋白的赖氨酸和苏氨酸也有提高。     

Cu~(2+),Cu~(2+)/Vit C对亚油酸过氧化起动机理的ESR研究

本文直接用亚油酸为材料,利用ESR自旋捕集技术和紫外分光技术,分别检测了脂质过氧化反应过程中产生的中间自由基产物L·和共轭二烯结构,对Cu~(2+),Cu~(2+)/Vit C起动脂质过氧化反应的机理进行了研究。结果表明:Vit C自由基,Cu~(2+),Cu~+都不能起动纯的亚油酸的过氧化;Cu~(2+),Cu~+可以使含有部分过氧化成份的亚油酸继续氧化。     

广西窄腹茧蜂属一新种：膜翅目：茧蜂科：茧蜂亚科

茧蜂亚科已知有123个属(Quicke,1987),其中窄腹茧蜂属Angustibracon Quicke是Quicke(1987)根据分布在印度的1个种Bracon leptogaster Cameron重新组合为1个新属而建立,迄今已定名种仅此1种。我们整理广西茧蜂标本时,鉴定出该属1新种。这是本属种类在我国分布的首次报道,现将该属属征和新种形态记述如下。新种模式标本存湖南农学院昆虫标本室。     

滇紫草愈伤组织培养与紫草素产生

浓度为10~(-5)Smol/1和10~(-6)mol/l的2,4-D和NAA分别与10~(-5)mol/l的KT组合,能明显抑制滇紫草(Onosma paniculatum Bur. et Fr.)愈伤组织中紫草素的产生,但几乎不受天然生长素IAA和KT组合的影响。葡萄糖较蔗糖能更有效地促进紫草素的产生,它们的最适浓度均为6％。LH和CH能抑制紫草素的产生,CH浓度大于0.02％时能抑制愈伤组织的生长,LH对生长无明显影响。椰乳浓度为10％时,能明显地促进紫草素的产生,紫草素的含量是对照的24倍。
