中国大痣小蜂属食植群记述（膜翅目：长尾小蜂科）

本文报导中国大痣小蜂属Ｍｅｇａｓｔｉｇｍｕｓ食植群Ｐｈｙｔｏｐｈａｇｏｕｓ ｇｒｏｕｐ １２种,其中包括５新种：黄杉大痣小蜂Ｍｅｇａｓｔｉｇｍｕｓ ｐｓｅｕｄｏｔｓｕｇａｐｈｉｌｕｓ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．（寄生华东黄杉Ｐｓｅｕｄｏｔｓｕｇａｇａｓｓｅｎｉｉ）,拟海棠大痣小蜂Ｍｅｇａｓｔｉｇｍｕｓ ｐｓｅｕｄｏｍａｌｉ ｓｐ．ｎ．（寄主不明）,基室大痣小蜂Ｍｅｇａｓｔｉｇｍｕｓ ｃｅｌｌｕｓ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ     

Plant regeneration from protoplasts of hydroxyproline resistant cell line in Onobrychis viciaefolia

An efficient protocol for plant regeneration from protoplasts of hydroxyproline(HYP)resistant cell line of Onobrychis viciaefolia was established.In SH medium supplemented with 1mg/L2,4-dichlorophenoxy-acetic acid(2,4-D),0.5mg/L kinetin(KT)and 0.2mg/L naphthalene acetic acid(NAA),the division frequency of protoplastderived cells reached up to over 60%,and microcalli were obtained in 5-6wk.Upon transferring them on agar solidified MS medium plus 2mg/L indole-3-acetic acid (IAA),shoots were induced.After cultivating them on MS medium with or without IAA,roots were regenerated.Chromosome number of all protoplast-regenerated plants examined were normal(2n=28).The protoplast-derived calli and plants grew vigorously on the medium containing 10 mmol/L HYP.     

Affinity chromatography—dependent selection （ACDS） of genomic DNA fragments bound specifically to bacterial synthesized Myc／Myn proteins

This paper describes an approach to seek for mouse c-Myc/Myn proteins-bound specific sequences among genomic DNA.cDNA fragment of myn gene was obtained through RT-PCR technique from RNA of NIH3T3 cells.DNA fragments encoding BR/HLH/LZ structure of Myc and Myn proteins were cloned in frame into pGEX-2T vector respectively.Fusion GST-Myc and GST-Myn synthesized in E.coli hosts showed affinity to CACGTG E-box DNA and subsequently interacted with genomic fragments prepared through whole-genome-PCR.A PCR-assisted procedure which combines protein-DNA interaction and affinity chromatography was designed to enrich Myc/Myn bound DNA.At least two genomic DNA fragments obtained exhibit specifical binding capacity to Myc/Myn complex but not to GST alone.Significance of the work and of the technique itself as well asidentification of the DNAs are discussed.     

午间强光胁迫下SOD对大豆叶片光合机构的保护作用

晴天田间大豆叶片Ｐｎ与Ｐｒ均表现出明显的日变化,Ｐｎ日变化曲线里双峰型,中午前后降低。Ｐｒ随日照强度的增加而增加,至上午１１时左右达最大值,然后缓慢下降。普通空气及低氧空气中的ＡＱＹ均在中午前后降低。ＳＯＤ活性也有明显的日变化,最高值出现在下午１６时左右。强光下喷施ＳＯＤ抑制剂ＤＤＴＣ明显降低Ｐｎ及低氧空气中的ＡＱＹ;而在低于叶片光合作用饱和光强下喷施同样浓度ＤＤＴＣ则对Ｐｎ及低氧空气中的ＡＱＹ无明显影响。中午前后ＳＯＤ活性及Ｐｒ的增加对于保护光合机构免受强光的破坏具有重要意义。     

α１抗胰蛋白酶Pi表型的分布及其与肝癌相关性的分析

本文以凝胶等电聚焦电泳方法测定150例原发性肝癌患者、100例良性肝病患者和112例正常人血清α1AT(Pi)表型的分布。统计学检验说明：（1）我们的烽样结果符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律;（2）M2等位基因的相对危险度在2.18-21.96,平均为7.502±3.836。因此,M2的出现在肝癌的检测中有重要意义。     

Transfer of resistance to potato leafroll virus, potato virus Y and potato virus X from Solarium brevidens to S. tuberosum through symmetric and designed asymmetric somatic hybridisation

Resistance to potato leafroll virus (PLRV), potato virus Y (PVY^o) and potato virus X (PVX) was studied in symmetric and asymmetric somatic hybrids produced by electrofusion between Solanum brevidens (2n=2×=24) and dihaploid S. tuberosum (2n=2×=24), and also in regenerants (B-hybrids) derived through protoplast culture from a single somatic hybrid (chromosome number 48). All of the somatic hybrids between 5. brevidens and the two dihaploid lines of potato cv. Pito were extremely resistant to PLRV and PVY^oand moderately resistant to PVX, irrespective of their chromosome number and ploidy level (tetraploid or hexaploid). Most (56%) of the asymmetric hybrids of irradiated S. brevidens and the dihaploid line of potato cv. Pentland Crown (PDH40) had high titres of PVY^osimilar to those of PDH40, whereas the rest of the hybrids had PVY^otitres less than a tenth of those in PDH40. Three B-hybrids had a highly reduced chromosome number (27, 30 and 34), but were however as resistant to PLRV, PVY^oand PVX as 5. brevidens. Two asymmetric hybrids and one B-hybrid were extremely resistant to PLRV but susceptible to both PVY and PVX. The results suggested that resistance to PLRV in 5. brevidens is controlled by a gene or genes different from those controlling resistance to PVY and PVX, and the gene(s) for resistance to PVY and PVX are linked in S. brevidens.     

浙江省等翅目两新种（等翅目：白蚁科）

本文记述了等翅目白蚁科两新种：浙江大白蚁Ｍａｃｒｏｔｅｒｍｅｓ ｚｈｅｊｉａｎｇｅｎｓｉｓ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．和小葫白蚁Ｃｕｃｕｒｂｉｔｅｒｍｅｓ ｐａｒｖｉｃｅｐｓ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．。标本均采自浙江省,正模保存于广东省昆虫研究所。     

DOCA—Salt高血压大鼠模型的一种简易制备方法：DOCA硅胶管皮下埋入法

用外径４ｍｍ,内径２．５０ｍｍ的硅胶管制成长２５ｍｍ,管内填入ＤＯＣＡ１００ｍｇ,管壁钻有１０一１４个直径约３００μｍ微孔的药管,埋入雄性ＳＤ大鼠（１４０±９ｇ）右下腹皮下,摘除一侧肾脏,术后喂１％盐水。埋管后３周即可形成高血压,埋管后８周大鼠的收缩压达２３．３±０．３７ｋＰａ。而ＤＯＣＡ皮下注射组大鼠（１０ｍｇ／周）术后５周形成高血压,术后１３周大鼠的收缩压达２３．３±０．６６ｋＰａ。两组升压曲线回归系数（１．２９５和０．６９２）之间的差异有极显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．００１）。对照鼠的收缩压一直保持在正常水平（１６±０．１６ｋＰａ）。与ＤＯＣＡ皮下注射法相比,皮下埋管法具有两个显著优点：（１）升压速率较快,升压幅度较大;（２）方法简便可靠,重复性好。     

The infection of Moina macrocopa by a colonial peritrich, Epistylis daphniae, and its effects on the host

• 1 The effects of infection by Epistylis daphniae on its host, Moina macrocopa, were studied in the laboratory at 28°C by comparing the growth, reproduction and survival between infected and uninfected hosts.
• 2 Infestation by epizoites had little or no effect on the survival of the dadoceran hosts when adequate food was present.
• 3 The infected cladocerans had lower growth rates as juveniles, lower net reproduction rates as adults, and smaller body size at death than uninfected hosts.
• 4 The index of infection at different stages in the life cycle was related to the durations of intermoult period. Ranked in order of both index of infection and intermoult duration, the development stages were: old adult > young adult > juvenile.
