小麦品种联合试验效应及理论依据──Ⅰ.试验的地点环境效应

本文利用小麦品种区域试验材料,研究了联合试验地点对品种适应性鉴定的致变能力以及对试验区域的代表性,讨论了试验的效果．     

中国蟹蛛科（蜘蛛目）新种记述

记述我国蟹蛛科花蟹蛛属６新种和蟹蛛属２新种,共计８新种,金林花蟹蛛Ｘｙｓｔｉｃｕｓｊｉｎｌｉｎ,玛纳斯花蟹蛛Ｘ．ｍａｎａｓ,林芝花蟹蛛Ｘ．ｎｙｉｎｇｃｈｉｅｎｓｉｓ,拟斑花蟹蛛Ｘ．ｐａｒａｐｕｎｃｔａｔｕｓ,似旋花蟹蛛Ｘ．ｔｏｒｓｉｖｏｉｄｅｓ,吴氏花蟹蛛Ｘ．ｗｕａｅ,广西蟹蛛Ｔｈｏｍｉｓｕｓｇｕａｎｇｘｉｃｕｓ和胡氏蟹蛛Ｔ．ｈｕｉ。     

多异瓢虫生物学的研究

多异瓢虫在山东省德州地区一年发生４代,部分个体５代,以成虫在杂草丛内、残枝落叶及土块下越冬。在自然变温下,卵、幼虫、预蛹、蛹、成虫产卵前期和全世代的发育始点和有效积温分别为１８．８±０．５２℃和１５．０日度、１６．９７±０．０３℃和７３．３日度、１５．９７±０．０１℃和１０．２３日度、１５．４７±０．０５℃和２３．０５日度、１７．６±０．０４℃和３４．１日度、１８．２±０．１０℃和１７０．３日度。据Ｈｏｌｉｎｇ圆盘方程测定,１─４龄幼虫和产卵前期成虫日最大捕食棉蚜量依次力６．７头、３６．４头、７７．５头、８１．３头和６８．０头。

牛胰多肽（BPP）二级结构的红外光谱和圆二色谱分析

牛胰多肽（ｂｏｖｉｎｅｐａｎｃｒｅａｔｉｃｐｏｌｙｐｅｐｔｉｄｅ,ＢＰＰ）是胰脏分泌的一种含有３６个氨基酸的多肽［１］,ＢＰＰ能预防和治疗由胆酸盐诱发的大鼠急性胰腺炎,具有细胞保护作用。本文用傅里叶变换红外光谱（ＦＴ－ＩＲ）和圆二色谱（ＣＤ）,对ＢＰＰ在水溶液中的二级结构进行了研究。两种方法的分析结果互相补充,进一步确定了ＢＰＰ在溶液状态的二级结构。本研究为进一步探讨ＢＰＰ抑制膜融合的机理打下了基础。     

Epr Studies on the Effects of Complexation of Heme by Hemopexin upon its Reactions with Organic Peroxides

Hemopexin, a heme-binding serum glycoprotein, is thought to play an important role in the prevention of oxidative damage that may be catalysed by free heme. Through the use of EPR techniques, the generation of free radicals from organic hydroperoxides by heme and heme-hemopexin complexes, and the concomitant formation of high oxidation-state iron species has been studied; these species are implicated as causative agents in processes such as cardiovascular disease and carcinogenesis. From the rates of production of these species from both n-alkyl and branched hydroperoxides, it has been inferred that the dramatic reduction in the yield of oxidising species generated by heme upon its complexation with hemopexin arises from steric hindrance of the access of hydroperoxide to the bound heme.     

一株能表达987P和F_(41)两种粘附素的猪源性大肠杆菌的研究

通过直接凝集试验、免疫荧光试验、SDS-PAGE和Western印迹,对一株猪源性大肠杆菌的粘附素进行了研究.结果表明,该菌株是一株同时表达987P和F_(41)两种粘附素抗原的猪源性大肠杆菌.     

Production of panose from maltose by intact cells of Aureobasidium pullulans

Panose, a major component of isomalto-oligosaccharides, was selectively produced from maltose using transglucosylation reaction catalyzed by intact cells of Aureobasidium pullulans. When 50 %(w/v) maltose was used as a substrate, the maximum concentration of panose accumulated in the final reaction mixture was about 50 %(w/w) after 120 hr reaction at 55 °C.
