Two new norlignans together with two known phenylpropanoids were isolated from the whole herb of Anemone vitifolia. All compounds were reported from this plant for the first time. The structures of these compounds were identified by comprehensive HR‐ESI‐MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with literature data. Additionally, bioactivity study results showed that two new compounds have potential anti‐inflammatory activity. The plausible biosynthetic pathway for these compounds were also speculated in this article.  相似文献

Transition metal sulfides hold promising potentials as Li‐free conversion‐type cathode materials for high energy density lithium metal batteries. However, the practical deployment of these materials is hampered by their poor rate capability and short cycling life. In this work, the authors take the advantage of hollow structure of CuS nanoboxes to accommodate the volume expansion and facilitate the ion diffusion during discharge–charge processes. As a result, the hollow CuS nanoboxes achieve excellent rate performance (≈371 mAh g?1 at 20 C) and ultra‐long cycle life (>1000 cycles). The structure and valence evolution of the CuS nanobox cathode are identified by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Furthermore, the lithium storage mechanism is revealed by galvanostatic intermittent titration technique and operando Raman spectroscopy for the initial charge–discharge process and the following reversible processes. These results suggest that the hollow CuS nanobox material is a promising candidate as a low‐cost Li‐free cathode material for high‐rate and long‐life lithium metal batteries.  相似文献

A new 9,11‐secosteroid, (22R)‐22‐acetoxy‐3β,6α,11‐trihydroxy‐9,11‐seco‐5α‐cholest‐7‐en‐9‐one, along with twelve known analogues were isolated from the South China Sea gorgonian coral Iciligorgia sp. Their structures were determined by the spectroscopic analysis and comparison with reported data. In an in vitro test of osteoclastic differentiation, three compounds exhibited significant down‐regulating effect whereas two compounds showed significant up‐regulating effect at 0.5 and 1.0 μm . This is the first report of the chemical investigation of the gorgonian Iciligorgia sp. The acetoxy substitution at C‐22 seems to play an important role in the regulating activity.  相似文献

目的:探讨不同分级及转归脓毒症患者的血清降钙素原(PCT)、D-二聚体(D-D)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及血小板相关参数检测的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析2015年3月至2018年8月期间中国人民解放军西部战区总医院收治的92例脓毒症患者的临床资料,分析不同分级及转归脓毒症患者的血清中PCT、D-D和CRP水平、急性病生理与慢性健康评价系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分及血小板相关参数[血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均容积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、大型血小板比率(P-LCR)],并分析脓毒症患者PCT、D-D、CRP水平以及血小板相关参数与APACHEⅡ评分的相关性。结果:全身炎症反应综合征组、轻度脓毒症组、严重脓毒症组、脓毒性休克组血清PCT、D-D和CRP水平、MPV、PDW、P-LCR、APACHEⅡ评分逐渐升高(P0.05),PLT逐渐降低(P0.05)。存活组患者血清PCT、D-D、CRP水平、MPV、PDW、P-LCR、APACHEⅡ评分均低于死亡组(P0.05),PLT高于死亡组(P0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,脓毒症患者血清PCT、D-D、CRP、MPV、PDW、P-LCR与APACHE II评分呈正相关(P0.05),PLT与APACHE II评分呈负相关(P0.05)。结论:脓毒症患者血清PCT、D-D、CRP及血小板相关指标可能参与了脓毒症的发展,通过检测其血清PCT、D-D、CRP水平及血小板相关参数可评估脓毒症患者的病情和预后。  相似文献

染色质免疫共沉淀(ChIP)技术是一种检测蛋白质与DNA结合的实验技术。该方法可以先进行样品交联, 然后将蛋白质与DNA复合物进行随机DNA切断, 再借助免疫学方法特异性富集与目的蛋白相结合的DNA片段, 从而检测转录因子等目的蛋白质与DNA的结合情况, 鉴定基因启动子或其它DNA结合位点。该方法同时也可应用于研究基因组特定位点的组蛋白修饰情况。该文介绍了依赖交联固定的常规免疫共沉淀(X-ChIP), 以及适用于103细胞级别微量实验材料的基于微球菌核酸酶非交联免疫共沉淀(ULI-NChIP)具体操作过程和注意事项。  相似文献

A colorimetric sensor array based on natural pigments was developed to discriminate between various saccharides. Anthocyanins, pH‐sensitive natural pigments, were extracted from fruits and flowers and used as components of the sensor array. Variation in pH, due to the reaction between saccharides and boronic acids, caused obvious colour changes in the natural pigments. Only by observing the difference map with the naked eye could 11 common saccharides be divided into independent individuals. In conjunction with pattern recognition, the sensor array clearly differentiated between sugar and sugar alcohol with highly accuracy and allowed rapid quantification of different concentrations of maltitol and fructose. This sensor array for saccharides is expected to become a promising alternative tool for food monitoring. The link between anthocyanin and saccharide detection opened a new guiding direction for the application of anthocyanins in foods.  相似文献

In the Loess Plateau region, soil erosion is a serious problem. Vegetation restoration is an effective approach to control soil erosion and improve ecosystems. The soil seed bank generally plays an important role in vegetation restoration after disturbance. Thus, we reviewed soil seed bank studies to reveal the soil seed bank characteristics and its role in vegetation restoration in three vegetation types (forest, forest‐steppe, and steppe). We selected 38 seed bank studies and analyzed several seed bank characteristics, such as seed density, species composition, and the relationship between seed size and seed bank. We also assessed the role of the soil seed bank in vegetation restoration. The soil seed bank density ranged from 2,331 ± 1,993 to 6,985 ± 4,047 seeds/m2 among the different vegetation types. In the soil seed bank, perennial herbs and grasses accounted for 51.5% of the total species. Native species that were dominant or common in the standing vegetation usually had relatively high seed bank densities. Moreover, species with smaller seeds generally had higher soil seed bank densities. The present study indicates that the soil seed bank plays a significant role in spontaneous vegetation restoration, especially during the early successional stages in abandoned slope farmlands and grazing‐excluded grasslands. However, species with large seeds or transient soil seed banks should be reintroduced through seeding to accelerate target species restoration. More studies on soil seed banks need to be conducted to comprehensively reveal their characteristics.  相似文献

化肥和农药的过量使用导致的农业面源污染已经成为我国环境污染的重要组成部分,对农业绿色高效安全生产及设施农业带来了巨大挑战。寻找新型的传统化肥替代品、提高化肥使用效率及保护生态环境是亟待解决的重大问题。生物刺激剂是具有调控植物生长作用的成分和(或)微生物的统称,用于农业生产,可改善土壤理化性质与群落微生物,能促进作物的代谢与生长,增强对营养物质的吸收和利用,提升作物抗逆能力及提高作物产量与产品品质。微藻体内具有结构新颖、功能独特的天然活性物质,是制备新型生物刺激剂的理想来源。微藻用于环境治理的同时,可获得足量的微藻生物质来制备生物刺激剂,从而达到治理环境、降低成本及提质增效的目的。就微藻源生物刺激剂的定义及功能、微藻全细胞和天然活性物质生物刺激剂的制备、应用效果及对植物和土壤的作用原理进行综述,以期为微藻源强效生物刺激剂的规模化制备及农业生产应用奠定理论基础和提供生产实践指导。  相似文献
